Darkwing failed to mention Carter and Clinton in his list.
Though I did not care for Clinton and his antics while in office, he had the last balanced budget this country has seen.
And Carter caused inflation rates of 21% during his term. Plus there was the failed rescue of the hostages in Tehran. At least he tried. ;)
