There was/is a good reason that Trump brought HIS OWN SECURITY CHIEF from his private company into FEDERAL SERVICE on Day One.
Plus, Trump's personal security chief works for NOBODY BUT HIM. And the SS work for his personal security chief (that he brought with him).

I was watching Judge Andrew Napolitano on Kennedy show on satellite TV. He said that rank and file FBI agents are not happy that Trump has allowed Comey to remain in power. ;)

We'll see soon, but everyone is reading whatever they want to see in the tea leaves. H.A. Goodman (above) in a previous video prognosticated that Obummer would pardon Hillary. Goodman wants to see Hillary pilloried pulverizing her wing of the party so that the genuine prog's (like Goodman) can take over. That didn't happen.
Andrew Napolitano believes that this weekend's release of 300 additional emails by the FBI demonstrate that the feeb's are still on the case and that they have the strongest evidence yet that classified stuff on Clinton's server wound up in the hands of foreign intelligence services. (Russia, China, Israel) Dick Morris seems to agree with Napolitano that Jeff Sessions recusal in the case national security leaks and Clinton Foundation corruption is not the bad news that Clinton opponents fear. It could be taken as a signal that Sessions 1) expects more revelations and a possible indictment coming down the pike and 2) he will get out of the way when it does.
Morris reminds us that the national security and public corruption desks of the FBI are still active and are persuing multiple investigations of the Clinton machine across the country. Nasty stuff will continue to bubble up from below as the trail of slime that Bill & Hill & Co. left behind is both wide and deep. We'll see how Comey deals with what winds up on his desk. He's a slippery character as we've seen, and he might well slither back into action in just the way he slithered out of it.
