Advanced Natural Wellness

TurmericTurmeric has been proven to reduce or eliminate pain better than leading prescription medications. 1

A 2004 study published in the journal Oncogene 2 found that components of turmeric were effective alternatives to the drugs aspirin, ibuprofen, sulindac, phenylbutazone, naproxen and diclofenac, to name a few.

The reason is because turmeric doesn't just fight pain and inflammation, it does so much more. 3 How can one little root do so much?

Most researchers agree that the turmeric's profound healing abilities can be traced to its powerful anti-inflammatory action.

Full-spectrum turmeric (as opposed to an isolated curcumin extract) is especially effective because it operates by both mechanisms of anti-inflammatory action.

Most inflammatory foods, working in one of the following ways...

1. They neutralize inflammation causing free radicals in the body with a flood of antioxidants or

2. They stop the body from producing the chemicals that initiate inflammation in the first place (this is how aspirin and OTC pain meds work)

What is unique about turmeric is that it combats inflammation through both of these mechanisms.... simultaneously! Its multi-pronged approach allows it to work wonders for aches, pains, and arthritis (by stopping inflammation at the source), while also strongly supporting the immune system with antioxidants.

And because nearly all diseases and ailments can be traced back to inflammation and oxidative stress…it seem like there's almost nothing that turmeric can't heal. But not all forms of turmeric are created equal…

Most of the turmeric supplements you see in stores come in the form of encapsulated powders. The truth is with turmeric powder you may be getting very little actual benefit.

Turmeric powder has a fairly low bioavailability (meaning that a good portion of it isn't properly absorbed by your body), it often isn't very fresh, and it's sometimes made with harsh processes that can destroy or degrade turmeric's healthful components.

Because turmeric is hard to absorb, it must be formulated in a certain way allowing the body to absorb and utilize its entire spectrum of nutrients.

There's another NEW form of turmeric that actually tastes amazing AND is easy to absorb...

TurmericPuraTHRIVE Organic Turmeric Extract is an outstanding full-spectrum extract that's "liposomalized”—meaning it's specifically blended to make the turmeric bind to phosphlipids (fats) that increase its bioavailability 10 to 20 times!

This formulation takes all that raw turmeric has to offer and presents it in a format that your body LOVES to consume.

==> Give this truly revolutionary product a try… you won't believe how quickly you feel its effects. Once you do, you'll wonder why you didn't make turmeric a part of your daily life a long time ago.

(With George Noory endorsing tumeric) I've been buying it in bulk at supermarket but recently cutting back on all spices to try to control tachycardia. Article seems like worthwhile info (gotten in email) but no idea if the specific product recommended is any better physiologically than the bulk spice.

Curcumin is the active ingredient of tumeric root; we use the Curcumin2X capsules which also has bioperin, the active ingredient of black pepper (the king of spices).

Sorry, no free samples today.

Thanks.

Is tumeric effective for you?

Hard to tell because I use it sparingly because of tachy (for which I use beet juice - thin beet slices in a cup of water). My BP & cholesterol are within rec limits and at 82 not on any prescription meds (leads pill-pusher crowd to think something wrong with me).

Turmeric Supplement Buyer’s Guide for March 2017 Which Turmeric Supplement Works Best?

At Turmeric Pill Reviews we have received dozens of requests for us to weigh in on the new supplement craze sweeping the nation, Turmeric Curcumin, which is being touted by some as the new so-called “wonder pill.” The buzz all began when a famous Daytime TV Doctor, started praising Turmeric Curcumin, a plant which grows in Southeast Asia, for being a multi-action solution that not only improves mood, but also is a powerful anti-inflammatory, pain reducer, anti-oxidant and detoxifier. With claims like that we felt it was time for us to investigate.

Our initial survey found an impressive amount of positive reviews from everyday people using Turmeric Curcumin supplements. With so many different brands, we decided it was time to perform a comprehensive review.

Ingredients: For a Turmeric Curcumin supplement to be effective, it has to have at least 1,300 mg. of Turmeric, containing 95% curcumin PLUS 10 mg of patented Bioperine® (Piperine Extract) for increased absorption.

FACT!

BEWARE OF LOW GRADE TURMERIC Many companies attempt to cut corners and use a cheaper synthetic extract with as little as 70% curcumin. This means only a small portion has the required amount and the rest is a low-grade ineffective blend. A Turmeric brand must have a daily dosage of 1300 mg. with 95% standardized curcumin and contain Biperine® to aid in absorption.

Our review process eliminated most of the brands we reviewed. After a thorough analysis, these are the top-rated brands we feel you can confidently choose from. The customers who used these products reported experiencing an improved mood, reduce pain and inflammation and an overall feeling of improved wellness. They also had a positive buying experience and many reported seeing results in as little as a few weeks.

Our top picks below, are updated each month using our above listed key evaluating criteria. #1 Thrive Naturals Turmeric Curcumin #2 Nusa Pure #3 Plnt
