I have the book, "The Creature From Jekyll Island". Long time since I've read it, but it was a huge conspiracy against the people to rob them of their right to honest money.

Remember in 1933, FDR called a "bankers holiday" and closed the banks for a week. Then he abrogated the gold standard (June 5, 1933) and forced the people to turn in their gold at $20/oz. Then gold was revalued to $35/oz. The crooked government made a tidy profit on that day of infamy. ;)

I have a feeling that this nation has been in debt to the international bankers from our inception. But, when the FEDERAL RESERVE accomplished a total takeover and ownership was when they had eliminated honest money and Constitutional governance wherein the people were changed from creditors to debtors without rights. Commercial law usurped the common law and Constitution.

Anyone that clings to the false notion that the Constitution is still in play should recall the Biblical quote "My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge" !

Commercial law

Commercial law is the over riding factor in all cases. You have always violated commercial law unless it is specifically a criminal law violation.

I got a notice from some lawyer in Chicago about a parking ticket from 1997. I wrote back to them and told them it was too old for them to try and collect. A parking ticket is merely a civil offense. So they are whistling in the wind. ;)
