The Bible in many places COMMANDS us to pray for government.

Difficult to understand how one might profess total obedience to Christ, yet deny his tenets?
Christ over and over tells to us OBEY those over us, to pray for government.
The "government and society" have decided there are certain social rituals that show allegiance.
I have a friend that is atheist, that does not stop him from standing during the pledge. He lives here, he is a part of the social order that appreciates our society.

The word "you" is accusatory by nature and should be used wisely.
Having had the opportunity to study and witness first hand the social structures of other countries, what we have here is the best of the lot. Perhaps that has something to do with millions of people around the world, wishing to emigrate to the United States.
There seems to be no mad rush by anyone to LEAVE the United States. Perhaps most are not enlightened enough.
There is one ideal social factor, anyone is free to leave at any time.
