Great video. You have to be seriously stupid to try stunts like this in Nevada.
Seems to me that stopping traffic in this way constitutes illegal detainment, or perhaps may even qualify as kidnapping. Doubtless the driver will be arrested & questioned, but perhaps not charged. If he can show he was in fear for his life then....
The video does show that the driver was threatened with physical harm at least twice, and his truck was being attacked & damaged at the point when he proceeded through the rioters. And at that point, I would conclude they were rioters not protesters.
A civil trial may be in order between the protester/rioter & the driver, maybe. Be interesting to know if any more traffic was stopped there that day.
