Natalya Kaspersky claimed that Bitcoin was designed to provide financing for US and British intelligence activities around the world. The expert called the cryptocurrency "dollar 2.0." The Bitcoin cryptocurrency was developed by "American intelligence agencies," Natalya Kaspersky, CEO of the InfoWatch group of companies and specialist in cyber security systems, said during her presentation at ITMO University in St. Petersburg.

Kaspersky was giving a speech on information wars and digital sovereignty. Photos of her presentation entitled "Modern technologies – the basis for information and cyber-wars," have been published on social media.

"Bitcoin is a project of American intelligence agencies, which was designed to provide quick funding for US, British and Canadian intelligence activities in different countries. [The technology] is 'privatized,' just like the Internet, GPS and TOR. In fact, it is dollar 2.0. Its rate is controlled by the owners of exchanges," one of the slides read.

She also claimed that Satoshi Nakamoto (the pseudonym used by its founder or founders) is the name for a group of American cryptographers.

The presentation also claimed that a smartphone cannot be considered as a personal gadget.

A smartphone "is a remotely controlled device designed for entertainment, work and at the same time for spying on its owner," according to Kaspersky, who is also the co-founder of Kaspersky Lab.

Grab a shovel and start digging. I'd sooner believe this Natalya Kaspersky is a CIA agent tasked with fomenting conspiracy theories about bitcoin to attempt to undermine public confidence in it.

The entire concept of BC is so ephemeral to my little mind that I'd believe just about anything concerning it.

“The most dangerous man to any government is the man who is able to think things out... without regard to the prevailing superstitions and taboos. Almost inevitably he comes to the conclusion that the government he lives under is dishonest, insane, intolerable.” ~ H. L. Mencken

Kaspersky Labs has been banned by the CIA and NSA because they reveal US spying. She is not a plant. Bitcoin just gets people used to the technology. Then they do a switch and introduce Fed Coin. I will stick to silver and gold.

The people of the world will have to wean themselves from the fiat world they're living in and utilize "real" money (for non-commercial daily activities), irrespective of what commercial entities determine is best for them; if the people ever want to free themselves from the chains/enslavement of commercial paper.

Transactions requiring credit/loans are commercial and would necessarily remain subject to commercial law.

The FED RESERVE is a well proven clearinghouse for checks and other forms of commercial paper/transactions and could be retained for that purpose. Truly commercial transactions could remain unchanged but the people's everyday activities must be left out of the commercial realm and operated under constitutional/common-law in order for the Constitution to again rule the country.

Should the people decide that metals must be utilized as representative of wealth a multi-metal exchange should be developed using as many as 5 metals so as to give some power to the multitudes incapable of owning Gold/Silver. (The combined wealth of the masses would then have at least a limited counter-balance to the elites gold/silver.

What actually exists today is the FEDERAL RESERVE BANK owns the U.S. (and citizens are account holders) but provides government services as it chooses so as not to alarm 330 million people.
