I hear this. But we are not all vegetarians either. I like some good beef now and again and I eat turkey sausage rather than pork for breakfast. I keep away from sugar too.

I have a source here to get raw milk. It is rich and creamy and tastes great. I only get a half gallon and it comes in glass container like milk should come in. Have to clean the container before I give it back. ;)
