This was a magnificent cartoon strip till the War Of Terror came up, at which point it went neocon just like a scary percentage of other hard-rightists I knew at the time. I was enjoying friendly useful correspondence with cartoonist Tinsley but broke it off and told him exactly why. It's still a pioneering, perspicacious strip on everything else.
