Title: Russians Still Don’t Believe in the Moon Landing

One strange thing about Russians that I never knew until my friend told me quite recently was that they don’t believe in the moon landing.

I didn’t believe him tbh. I just thought that he had a rosy view of Russians, thinking that they saw right through the Jewish plot to trick the goyim into thinking that the world isn’t flat.

So I was like, “nah, dude.”

Keep in mind that in the US, this is considered kooky conspiracy shit. I remember reading something about the flag fluttering in the video of the landing and how that was impossible in space and asking one of my teachers who I thought was cool.

“No, Roy, you need to stay away from this stuff. Next thing you know, you’ll start saying that 9/11 was a conspiracy…”

Or something like that.

Well, it’s almost like the universe responds to memes, and more specifically, to meme-benders like myself and my Neon-Nazi friends. We start discussing the moon landing and Russians and the next day, it’s an article on RT.

RT:

//////////Over a half of all Russians believe that US astronauts have never been on the Moon and that the US authorities and NASA covered up this fact by forging proof of moon landings, a new poll shows.

In the recent survey titled “Science and society: authority and trust” experts of the Russian state-run public opinion research center VTSIOM wrote that 57 percent of Russians currently think that the US claims of successful manned Moon missions are lies and that the documented proof of these missions was forged. Only 24 percent of respondents said that they believed that the manned Moon missions were real.

Researchers also specified that 65 percent of those who think that the US authorities are lying about the moon landings have secondary education.

However, Russians are not only suspicious about the NASA moon missions. 59 percent of the poll participants share the opinion that “scientists conceal the truth from common people.” Even among Russians with higher education the proportion was extremely high – at 45 percent.//////////

One thing that endears me to the Russians is how conspiracy-minded they are. Talking to them about this shit is fun.....

Not surprising, as Russians would have much more reason to mistrust their own Soviet government as per personal experience, and therefore, much less reason to believe a foreign government. And the many there that would generally have some patriotic blood in them wouldn't want to believe the US made it to the moon.

Surprising to me and I'm sure lots of westerners, since the reigning USSR mob went right along with the hoax their brother Masons in DC were cooking up -- and the Russian regime hasn't said boo about it either.

It's certainly useful, this revelation that such a huge and special crowd are moon 'deniers' ;-)

Another argument in favor of moon landings being real: The USSR would have blown the whistle on the fraud. It seems they didn't. Granted in the 60's there was no internet to bypass the MSM, but....

If I knew how to make films, could get a few months off work, came up with funds to hire a film crew, and got someone to take care of my cat I would make a documentary film about ordinary Russians being questioned on the street by smarmy media.

Milano starts discussion on Pravda Forum with Buzz Aldrin confessing he never went to moon:

Fact Check Viral Phenomena

Did Buzz Aldrin Admit That He Never Went to the Moon? Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin's answer to a question posed by a child was misrepresented as an admission that he didn't set foot on the moon. CLAIM

Buzz Aldrin admitted in an exchange captured on video that he never went to the moon. RATING False ORIGIN

In July 2018, a video hit social media that purportedly captured Apollo 11 astronaut Buzz Aldrin, the second man in history to set foot on the lunar surface, admitting to a young child that he never actually went to the moon:

Many of the video-based rumors that we investigate require us to keep a keen eye out for deceptive edits or altered audio. In this case, however, all we had to do to debunk this one was listen to the question asked by the young child and the answer given by Buzz Aldrin.

The child didn’t ask Buzz Aldrin if he ever went to the moon. Rather, she posted the question “Why has nobody been to the moon in such a long time?” to the astronaut. When Aldrin said in reply that “we didn’t go there” and “that’s the way it happened,” he was referring to the fact that the U.S. has sent no missions back to the moon since the final Apollo spaceflight took place in December 1972, not asserting that he had never been to the moon in the first place.

We’ve transcribed this portion of the video below (emphasis ours):

Child: Why has nobody been to the moon in such a long time?

Aldrin: That’s not an 8-year-old’s question. That’s my question. I want to know. But I think I know. Because we didn’t go there. That’s the way it happened. And if it didn’t happen it’s nice to know why it didn’t happen so in the future if we want to keep doing something we need to know why something stopped in the past if we want to keep it going.

The wording of Aldrin’s answer may have been confusing to children and adults alike, but he was talking about “why something (i.e., going to the moon) stopped in the past,” not about how it never happened in the first place.

This viral video also cut off Aldrin’s full answer. In the complete version of Aldrin’s interview with this child (identified as Zoey), the astronaut went on to state the primary reason we didn’t return to the moon: money.

Once again, Aldrin’s message was a little garbled, but the second part of his answer (not included in the viral video) offered two more instances in which he talked about our indeed having been to the moon. Aldrin said that he “achieved what the President wanted us to do” (i.e., go to the moon), and that the world was proud of what he had accomplished.

We’ve transcribed that potion of the interview below (and the full video can be viewed at the end of this article):

Money. It’s a good thing. If you want to buy new things, new rockets, instead of keep doing the same thing over and over, then it’s going to cost more money. And other things need more money too. So having achieved what the president wanted us to do … and then what thousands, millions of people in America, and millions of people around the world … You know when we toured around the world after we came back [from the moon] the most fascinating observation was signs that said “WE did it.” Not just us. But we, the world. They felt like they were part of what we were able to do. And that made us feel very good.

This footage was taken during the 2015 National Book Fest at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center in Washington D.C. Aldrin was at the fest to promote his book Welcome to Mars: Making a Home on the Red Planet, but he was also interviewed by numerous children about space exploration while he was there.

Here’s Zoey’s full interview with Buzz Aldrin. The viral excerpt starts at the 7:10 mark:

It should also be noted that while Buzz Aldrin was part of the Apollo 11 mission which landed the first two people on the moon, he wasn’t the last astronaut to touch the lunar surface. A total of 12 astronauts have visited the moon since Aldrin’s historic July 1969 spaceflight, but no one has ventured to the lunar surface since the end of 1972:

I've got to keep normal hours and read things more closely. So Aldrin wasn't saying we didn't go to the moon, but the whole thing still simply doesn't add up. It's impossible and ridiculous as further demonstrated by this latest very professional documentary. Take the assertions in it on, will you?

Ridiculously flimsy spacecraft. No disturbance under it where it "landed on the moon". Astronauts that supposedly walked on the moon who get hostile and violent when asked to swear to it on the Bible. Astronauts gaily avowing that we've never been to the moon AND that the govt destroyed the technology it took -- "My dog ate the instructions". Banal banal BANAL talk between astronauts as they're supposedly pulling the greatest feat in human history.

Viewed from another angle: the USG lies to us about everything in proportion to its importance. They clearly hate and scorn us and consider us only fit for plunder, cannon fodder, building their own personal cults of power and prestige. They lied about their motives for Mr. Lincoln's War and every war since. THEY LIE about the Fed and the income tax. THEY LIE about terrorism, wars, Ayrabs, Moozlums -- 9/11 was their master swindle.

THEY LIE about diversity, immigration, Zionism, jew power, Izrul. THEY LIE about health and safety standards, national defense, economics, law, culture and EVERYTHING else they can think of. They are ENTIRELY perverse and self-seeking.

Why in the hell would they give us the straight story about the moon walk? THEY LOOK FOR MORE WAYS TO LIE and swindle us every day. Fraud is clearly their MO, their reason for living, their highest joy.

They hate us and want us to hand everything we've got over to them. The main route to this is cooking up preposterously expensive schemes and sticking us with the bill.

Aldrin's an old drunken coot, probably brain-damaged.

I have been fighting them for many years.

Back when I worked for State of Illinois in the winter time we worked long and hard hours many times days, and even weeks on end. It was blood money and they would really nail you on with holdings for the over time. Sometimes the checks would be well over $1,000 a week.

But all of that is long gone now and a lot of those guys had to take 20% cuts to their pensions because the fund made poor investments. ;)

Take the assertions in it on, will you?

I'll give the nutshell version, sure.

Ridiculously flimsy spacecraft.

In a zero-G environment there's no need for them to be built like tanks. The odds of them being hit by anything at all are slim, and anyway its pretty futile to try to build one with enough armor to deflect objects traveling in the 5-digits MPH.

No disturbance under it where it "landed on the moon".

A photo I saw did show a small amount of disturbance. No, not much but factor in: A) the moon has much less gravity so much less thrust would have been required; B) the mass of the moon lander wasn't too much, probably less than it looks from the photos, translating again, to less thrust required, and C) No atmosphere on the moon means that the gases from the thrusters would have not had any "channeling" as happens on earth. Without an atmosphere, gases leaving the exhaust nozzle would immediately disperse in all directions, little of it actually reaching the dust on the moon. On earth, the exhaust would be more restrained from dispersing by the ever present air pressure (15 pounds per square inch at sea level, and I think would generally form a "pipe" of exhaust flowing directly to the ground. IOW a lack of atmosphere would have been a factor in preventing much of a blast crater from forming.

Astronauts that supposedly walked on the moon who get hostile and violent when asked to swear to it on the Bible.

I would expect as much any time anyone is challenged on an event that is the most major accomplishment in one's lifetime. Surely you know what it feels like not to be believed when you talk about something you are proud of.

Astronauts gaily avowing that we've never been to the moon AND that the govt destroyed the technology it took -- "My dog ate the instructions". Banal banal BANAL talk between astronauts as they're supposedly pulling the greatest feat in human history.

I think you're referring to the younger astronauts talking offhandedly about the hazards of space travel. I've seen one of those clips already and I think too much is being read into those comments. And if we were to consider that they really were saying we've not been to the moon, then it begs the next question of why NASA would have spilled the beans to these relatively young whippersnappers who are little more than freshmen in the space program. No, NASA would never do such a thing until absolutely necessary, and you can be sure there's a relatively high dropout rate for those guys. So if they know we didn't go to the moon *how* would they know that? That makes no sense either.

Viewed from another angle: the USG lies to us about everything in proportion to its importance.

I largely agree with that. They will lie any time it's of more benefit than telling the truth.

Why in the hell would they give us the straight story about the moon walk?

I agree in the 60's cold war, they had EVERY reason to lie about the moon landing. The USSR beat the USA with the first satellite and the US could not politically afford to also lose the race to the moon. So, correct, the USG word alone cannot be trusted on the matter. On the other hand, faking it would have been extremely high risk and if it were discovered, would have been worse than losing.

But.... I've seen no compelling evidence that says the moon landing was faked. Not on the issues you question, not in the photos with no stars, not in the Van Allan Belt problem. To me, all physical evidence has been reasonably accounted for.

They shoot lasers at the moon and Apollo 11 put a unit on the moon

en.wikipedia .org/wiki/Lunar_Laser_Ranging_experiment

Greater accuracy was achieved following the installation of a retroreflector array on 21 July 1969, by the crew of Apollo 11, and two more retroreflector arrays left by the Apollo 14 and Apollo 15 missions have also contributed to the experiment. Successful lunar laser range measurements to the retroreflectors were first reported by the 3.1 m telescope at Lick Observatory, Air Force Cambridge Research Laboratories Lunar Ranging Observatory in Arizona, the Pic du Midi Observatory in France, the Tokyo Astronomical Observatory, and McDonald Observatory in Texas.

You’ve got top scientists in these shows saying they would have had to have lead shielding something like a foot thick. Don’t look at me, gang. I’ve never spent a day in the scientific field, and have no interest in discussing it on my own steam – it’s pointless.

There is no sign of any SLIGHTEST disturbance under the lander. None – so it’s a fake right there. A total, glaring, crazy-ridiculous-farcical SHAM-SCAM staring us in the face for half a century. (Upper case used here for emphasis only.)

The astronauts’ wrath is barbaric, childish and inexcusable. These are top role models for youth 1967 to present?

I’ll say it one more time, gang – it’s current, mature astronauts that are saying (a) we’ve never escaped earth’s orbit and (b) the dog ate the plans. Please stop reading what I’m writing right now and watch them say it.

Until you folks watch THEM and address THEIR assertions, there’s no point. As long as y’all don’t, you seem to be indicating that you’re not open to this exploration of conspiracy or it doesn’t matter that much to you – which is perfectly fine. To each their own! I realize people are busy and 90 minutes is hard to come by for many anymore. But your arguments have to be with these scientists, astronauts and other experts, or we’re just square dancing ;-)

Simple, the federal income tax does not apply to U.S. Citizens living and working in the 50 States. It only applies to federal employees and elected officials.

So if you run for office and are elected, YOU OWE THE FEDERAL INCOME TAX. That means everyone who holds office at the municipal, county, state and federal levels.

I have been an employee my whole life and never been elected. But there are a bunch of them at the local court house who are elected. So guess what? They owe the tax!

I had two liens on me from the IRS over where I used to live when driving the big truck. I call over to recorder and they tell me it is $2 fee for copies. Send a check for $4 and self addressed, stamped envelope. We will send you the copies.

I had these credit repair lawyers from Salt Lake City, Lexington Law, challenge the IRS. They could not prove I owed the tax and were forced to withdraw the liens. Now my Credit Karma used to say "2" for Public Filings, now says "0". Nuff said. ;)

It was a sad day in jew Jersey when the state demanded I pay $400 in tax because I traded cars with a friend and one was deemed more valuable than the other. I cried to a much older patriot and fighter -- he tho't for a second and said "write back and ask them to show you the contract you signed making you liable for this payment."

I did so, and for whatever reason that was the end of it -- they never said another word about it ;-)

What would that be for, pray tell. The radiation from the Van Allen Belts is about equal to that of an MRI. The astronauts all had their own Dosimeters.

They show in this video how the Apollo crew skirted around the edges of the Van Allen Belts on their trip to and from the moon. ;)

Yes, "produce the contract" is something they cannot do at all. I am thinking I will do that myself.

I bought some fruit bars at Wal Mart the other day. It would not go thru on debit so we switched to credit and it went thru. I needed some dessert here. ;)

The guy at the observatory in Texas says no one ever comes there to visit to see what he is doing. ;)

You’ve got top scientists in these shows saying they would have had to have lead shielding something like a foot thick.

That would be for gamma radiation and is certainly true. But it's a question of quantity. We all get bombarded with gamma radiation... well, maybe not "bombarded" as the quantities are quite low and generally inconsequential.

My understanding is there are 2 VA belts around the earth, and the worst one was largely bypassed by having Apollo exit earth's high orbit at a high latitude so as to minimize exposure. Obviously there's disagreement on how much is too much, and how long is too long. No, I'm not an expert on such things either.

There is no sign of any SLIGHTEST disturbance under the lander. None – so it’s a fake right there. A total, glaring, crazy-ridiculous-farcical SHAM-SCAM staring us in the face for half a century. (Upper case used here for emphasis only.)

Well, I gave my impression and understanding of the physics involved with respect to the amount of blast effect. Perhaps I am wrong.

The astronauts’ wrath is barbaric, childish and inexcusable. These are top role models for youth 1967 to present?

Astronauts are people just like us. They may react unsaintly, but that doesn't make them liars.

Until you folks watch THEM and address THEIR assertions, there’s no point. As long as y’all don’t, you seem to be indicating that you’re not open to this exploration of conspiracy

There are only so many hours in a day. We are in the age of information overload. But I have alloted some time to this debate already and you're correct that at this time, I'm not really open to allotting more. I could just as easily spend the time investigating the sinking of the Lusitania, the start of the Vietnam war or any one of a hundred other issues.

But even if the moon landings were faked, how would that make my view of government change? How will it make my life different tomorrow? It won't. I already don't trust the fed gov, and on that point, we are on the same side.

I realize people are busy and 90 minutes is hard to come by for many anymore. But your arguments have to be with these scientists, astronauts and other experts, or we’re just square dancing ;-)

One cannot argue/debate with someone who claims to have all the facts via youtube! And there are supposed scientists on YT who claim to debunk the naysayers on the moon landing too.

You're talking to me again, not them.

Astronauts and NASA personnel are "someone who claims to have all the facts via youtube"?

To: NeoconsNailed Another argument in favor of moon landings being real: The USSR would have blown the whistle on the fraud. It seems they didn't. Granted in the 60's there was no internet to bypass the MSM, but....

How? The eveidence is overwhelming that it was faked now but when one points out everything believers make up reasons to explain and dismiss every rationally pointed out flaw and hole and out right like... But believers want to believe so bad, what could the russains add that hasn't already been said.?

What would that be for, pray tell. The radiation from the Van Allen Belts is about equal to that of an MRI. The astronauts all had their own Dosimeters.

Not quite correct from what I have seen with our shuttle program and the various space stations. We literally must remain in low earth orbitvbecause once we begin to reach upper or it's elctrons fly through our eyeballs messing with our vision and messing with cameras and with zero radiation sheilding in the cold vacuum of space on the surface of the moon electrons would be frying those camera lenses...

Amen, and there are numerous other environment impacts. The daytime temp on the moon is 250°, night -125°. True believers, please bake a camera with film in it at 250° for 3 days and tell us what happens.
