It wasn't Indiana Jones who found the Ark of the Covenant. ;)

BS. No such thing existed historically. Jews made it all up later.

The Bible says the Israelites carried the Ark into battle and all their enemies were vanquished. Even among Muslims the Ark had significance. ;)

What battle? The Israelites had joined as mercenaries with the Hurrians and had conquered Egypt for 160 years when they ran with the loot. Israel and Judah were 2 separate entities. Israel went into the Assyrian Captivity. Judah was a small place under the protection of foreign kings. At the time of David there were only 1,600 people in Jerusalem so he was no king. There was no Jewish Empire and no Temple of Solomon. They invented their law and their history around 622 BC. And then went into the Babylonian Captivity a century later. Then they re-emerged around 444 BC after Esther's affair with the King of Persia. Then the Greeks and then the Romans came along. So all they ever did was move into Judah and kill their neighbors while paying annual tributes to the King of Syria in the period before the Babylonian Captivity. They never fought Muslims until they got to the UN Mandate in Palestine after WW II.

UN Mandate

The U.N. Mandate after WW II had little significance. The U.N. was founded at Lake Success, NY on Oct 24, 1945.

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Uni...tition_Plan_for_Palestine

The United Nations Partition Plan for Palestine was a proposal by the United Nations, which recommended a partition of Mandatory Palestine at the end of the British Mandate. On 29 November 1947, the UN General Assembly adopted the Plan as Resolution 181 (II)

It merely reaffirmed what had already been agreed to during WW I by the Balfour Declaration which was the British pledge to give the Zionist Federation what they asked for, a "national home for the Jewish people" in Palestine. This was done by the British since Palestine was part of the British Mandate on Sept 29, 1923 under the League of Nations.

BTW, the Irgun, a Jewish terrorist group, bombed the King David Hotel in Jerusalem on July 22, 1946. That hotel was the headquarters for the British administrative headquarters for Palestine.

Thanks for that breakdown.
