I just post it to get some opinions. Whether or not I believe it is not that important.
If this guy says he had something to do with the bombing of the Murrah Building, then he screwed up, since some of the charges did not go off and the Bomb Squad was called in to defuse them. Murrah Building was supposed to be a total collapse. ;)

I've heard of General Partin and am somewhat familiar with his report. With the meningitis screwing up my memory, it is difficult to recall many things. Thanks for the support and for posting about General Partin. ;)
