The final numbers from yesterday’s riot are in.

By far the most extreme.

And there is no reason to believe it won’t be even more extreme next weekend.

RT:

The number of those detained in France’s nationwide Yellow Vest protests on Saturday, has reached a staggering 1,723. In Paris, the major hotspot of unrest, scores were injured as rallies continued even after sunset.

Film from Ruptly news agency in the capital shows police facing off with demonstrators, who vented their anger well into the late hours. The footage captured officers chasing down demonstrators and later handcuffing them.

Some of them were dragged down the road by law enforcement and placed face down while surrounded by officers. Several people wearing the now iconic yellow vests are also seen in the video with their faces covered in blood.

According to the latest figures provided by the Interior Ministry, 135 people were injured in Paris alone, while the number nationwide has risen to 264. Police also took a beating, with at least 17 officers receiving injuries in the mayhem.

With the country plunging deeper into chaos, authorities made a record number of detentions during the December 8 rallies. Data provided by Interior Minister Christophe Castaner indicates that at least 1,723 were detained and over 1,200 of them were ordered into custody. The figures topped last Saturday’s mayhem, when over 400 arrests were made.

When all is said and done, I think that the resignation of the disgusting pervert Emmanuel Macron is pretty much inevitable.

He promised not to back down on anything, and he’s already first said he was going to put the global warming tax on hold for six months, then abolished in completely. And that was before the biggest riot yet.

And fleeing the city during the riot, refusing to even appear on TV, was completely nuts.

Ultimately though, I’m starting to think this has more to do with the repulsive and viscerally offensive nature of his personality and his face, rather than any specific policy. I think the French will back down once he’s out and I think the entire EU machine is aware of that.

That isn’t to say it won’t be a major victory. Of course, it will be. But it’s not a full revolution.

Without an organized idea beyond “screw this prissy faggot weirdo,” and no leaders, there isn’t really an ability to push a revolutionary agenda.

Anyway, I don’t think anyone can have any faith at all in Macron after this, and instead of being the embodiment of EU ideals in a good way, he is embodying everything everyone hates about the EU in the same way Merkel did.

Without any kind of figurehead, the EU is going to have a serious problem. That is the biggest upshot of all of this. They don’t have anyone lined up. They don’t have any strong personalities at all involved in the project.

Meanwhile, anti-EU forces have a lot of powerful personalities.
