CNN Senior White House Narcissist Jim Acosta was infuriated when Fox News host Laura Ingraham made fun of him in a speech at the Conservative Political Action Conference on Thursday.

Acosta just flat-out lied when he wasn't called on at a Trump press conference in Hanoi, claiming "the President steered clear largely during this news conference of the White House press corps and was instead selecting journalists at random from the other side of the room where there were foreign journalists seated.”

Ingraham, well.....pounced.

LAURA INGRAHAM: Our friend....Jim Acosta of CNN. [boos]...He’s a nice person. He was complaining this morning on television — I know that’s not news — he was complaining that President Trump didn’t call on U.S. media at the post- summit presser and that he only called on the Russian and the Chinese journalists.

And I thought to myself 'well, that's kind of interesting, but it's kind of sad, because he'd probably get a better shake from the Chinese and the Russian journalists than he would, fairer treatment at least! But I thought -- I couldn't even believe that. Jim Acosta maybe has a point here.

Well it turns out, a producer just told me, he called on ABC, The Washington Post, The New York Times, Bloomberg, and NPR. But he just didn’t call on Jim Acosta! [Applause] The land of narcissism knows no bounds.

As our Curtis Houck reported, Acosta was "Pants on Fire" when he complained the White House press corps was ignored. There were at least six members of the White House press corps that were called on, starting with the very first questions from Major Garrett of CBS and John Roberts of Fox, in addition to Jon Karl of ABC (who asked about Michael Cohen), Ayesha Rascoe of NPR and print reporters (David Nakamura of The Washington Post, David Sanger of The New York Times, and Margaret Talev of Bloomberg, whose owner Michael Bloomberg might run against Trump).

Acosta was surely angriest that Fox primetime host Sean Hannity asked a question as well. Then Acosta went to Twitter and attacked Ingraham, ignoring his lying and insulting her wisecracks about Russian/Chinese journalists might be fairer than CNN et cetera:

Ingraham replied two hours later with a Drop the Mic tweet:

During the hand off from Sean Hannity Thursday night, as Ingraham took the reins to begin her own show, she feigned concern for Acosta. "We need get a care package or something [to him], some of that good seaweed, that dried seaweed you can get in Vietnam...some elixirs maybe. I think he’s having a hard time.”

Re: video ref. @ 8:50-9:29

Democrats are not the "Party of Peace" they pretend to be and never really were - far from it. They took America into WWI, WWII on two fronts, Korea, escalation in Viet Nam with the Gulf of Tonkin farce, the Balkans + their numerous "regime change" ops and such elsewhere: Libya, Syria, etc. ["What's the point of having this superb military that you're always talking about if we can't use it?" - Dem. Sec of State, Madeleine Albright to Colin Powell, then Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, on Bosnia]

Even during the Vietnam years, the Left-orchestrated "War Protest" shows and riots were not "Anti-War" per se (Ref. the Weather Underground, etc.) but Anti-Draft because they didn't want to be sent into a warzone after getting their "higher education" diplomas where they'd be in jeopardy themselves, instead of just the warrior class and the so-called "underclass" that couldn't afford college as a postponement. Nixon ended that War and unappreciative Democrats destroyed his Presidency. They also insisted on a Communist takeover of South Vietnam by America violating terms of the Paris Peace Accords to provide it with war materials on a replacement basis.

On May 8, 1972, Nixon announced a cease fire of the Vietnam War. On June 17, 1972, the Watergate op was launched to frame him, imo.

On January 27, 1973, the Paris Peace Accords were signed to end the war. Part of the agreement was that the United States would provide war materials for South Vietnam on a replacement basis. Under pressure from the extreme scrutiny of Watergate, Republicans relented on support for Vietnam and passed the "bipartisan" Case-Church Amendment in June 1973. Although U.S. forces had been withdrawn from South Vietnam earlier per the Paris Peace Accords, air support and monetary support for Cambodia and Laos continued until August 15, 1973; the deadline set by the Amendment. By then, 95% of American troops and their allies had left Vietnam (both North and South) as well as Cambodia and Laos. During this time, Nixon was being driven from office due to the Watergate scandal, which led to his resignation in 1974, effective on August 9 - Nagasaki Strike date in U.S. War History. Watergate Babies are the 54 Democrats first elected (supposedly) to the United States Congress in November 1974 following President Richard Nixon's resignation over the Watergate scandal. Many more gained state and local offices across America, too, and the phrase also applies to journalists who entered the field of journalism because of their fascination with the Watergate scandal.

When the North Vietnamese began their final offensive against the South early in 1975, the U.S. Congress disregarded the peace treaty terms of the Paris Accords and refused additional military equipment assistance for replacement of South Vietnam's war materials. On April 20, 1975, the South was captured by the Communist North.
