Kamala’s Big 10-Year Plan Is A Constitutional Crisis In Waiting

By US Politics And News Last updated Mar 12, 2021

The big dream in the back of Kamala Harris’s mind, as well as many Democrats in Congress, is a 10-year presidency. Can you imagine? Ten years with Kamala Harris in the White House? That would be long enough for the Democrats to finally stick a fork in this whole idea of “America” that they hate so much. They could usher in a full communist dictatorship with them in charge and your family in a gulag for thinking you have private property rights or something. But in order to pull this off, they have to keep Joe Biden propped up for the next two years. How’s that working out, by the way?

Just this week, Biden forgot the name of his own Secretary of Defense. In that same blunder, he forgot the name of that building where the SecDef works. You know… the thing! (The Pentagon, actually.) As of this writing, we are 50 days into the “Biden administration” and the man has never taken an unscripted question from a reporter. He hasn’t held a press conference where he would have to follow along and answer unexpected questions. He also skipped out on giving a State of the Union address. Can Joe Biden make it another two years, in order for Kamala’s big dream to come true?

Explosive Video from Trump Confidant (Must Watch) Explosive Video from Trump Confidant (Must Watch) As for how Kamala’s big dream of a 10-year presidency would even work, that’s in the 22nd Amendment. If a President doesn’t finish out their term, the Vice President becomes President. The number of terms that the new President can then serve depends on when the previous president left office. If Biden leaves office during the first two years of this current term, Kamala could only serve the remainder of this term, plus one more term (6 to 7 years potentially). But if Joe Biden makes it to January 21, 2023 and then bows out, we could end up with President Kamala Harris for the remainder of this term, plus up to two more terms (9-10 years).

That’s assuming, of course, that Kamala Harris is even capable of winning a national office. Her embarrassingly bad 2020 campaign didn’t even make it to the first primary caucuses in Iowa. Aside from Hillary, she seems to be the second-most-unlikeable politician alive today. There are a lot of adjectives you could use to describe Kamala Harris. But “friendly,” “warm” and “electable” are not on that list.

The constitutional crisis in waiting is not about Harris assuming the presidency. It’s about who will become Vice President in that scenario. Under the Constitution, the new president appoints their own VP – and then that person has to be confirmed by a vote of both the House and Senate.

See where this is going?

Republicans need to only pick up one seat in the 2022 midterms to take back control of the Senate. They only need to pick up five seats to recapture control of the House. One of those will certainly happen in 2022, and it’s definitely within the realm of possibility that both will happen.

Harris could certainly attempt to pick Elizabeth Warren, AOC or Pete Buttigieg as her vice president. But nothing says that Republicans in the House or Senate would have to vote to confirm that person.

If Harris were to nominate a person that would be acceptable to Republicans, she would be flayed alive by her own woke, SJW base (such as it is). Anyone slightly to the right of Bernie Sanders is now considered “literally Hitler” by the liberal Twitter scolds.

If Joe Biden does make it two more years, we could end up in a scenario where the country simply operates without a vice president for the last two years of that term, accompanied by the most ineffective lame duck presidency since the Gerald Ford administration. It’s hard to picture Kamala Harris cackling in front of her mirror while dreaming of being the next Gerald Ford. (Wait… can I still make that cackling in front of a mirror joke, or did Disney+ cancel that one, too?)

What’s Kamala going to do? Does she roll the dice and hope that Democrats keep control of Congress in the 2022 midterms? Or should she play it safe and start dropping LEGOs and banana peels in the hallways around the White House right now?

Poster Comment:

Kameltoe Harris might soon be in as POTUS by default. Woe that day since she is just as bad, if not worse, than Creepy Joe.

The problem with a Harris presidency is her not being able to understand the constitution and its limitations on government. We already have that problem right now.
