Leftists in the corporate-controlled media would like everyone to believe Donald Trump only has the support of the fringe Right.

But that couldn’t be further from the truth.

And this ex-blue state governor just gave Donald Trump’s campaign a shot in the arm with a stunning pardon announcement.

Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie jumped into the 2024 Republican Presidential Primary for one reason: to destroy Donald Trump’s chances.

It didn’t work.

Chris Christie just ended his campaign with one stunning announcement.

It turns out that despite all the chatter on networks like CNN and MSNBC there’s no place in the GOP for dedicated Donald Trump haters.

After all, polls have repeatedly shown that most Republicans approved of Donald Trump’s performance as president.

Meanwhile, Nevertrumper Christie’s RealClearPolitics polling approval average hovered around 2.6 percent.

Christie’s campaign was practically dead before it even got off the ground.

He did it in completely when he decided to defend Joe Biden as evidence piles up related to bribery and obstruction allegations involving schemes with First Son Hunter Biden.

Blue staters talk pardons

Christie also essentially approved of the double standard evident as Democrats ignore the Biden Crime Family allegations while pushing one witch hunt after the next against Donald Trump.

During an interview on News Nation, host Chris Cuomo asked Christie if he would consider pardoning Trump if the former president were convicted by special counsel Jack Smith over the Mar-a-Lago documents drama.

“Would you even consider pardoning Trump or Biden whatever the combination of, you know, parties to any action or at that time, would you even consider that as President?” Cuomo asked.

Christie reflexively recited Leftist talking points claiming that an obviously politically-motivated investigation is somehow legitimate, and that pardoning Trump wouldn’t be in the cards.

“I can’t imagine a circumstance, as we see it right now, let’s say with the documents case, which is the only one that the president would have jurisdiction over, given what’s alleged in the indictment, if that were proven, and […] the former President were found guilty, as long as I thought he got a fair trial […] I would have a hard time considering any pardon,” Christie said.

He then griped about the former president refusing to accept the Deep State campaign as a legitimate exercise of government power.

“And by the way, as you know, to get a pardon, you have to also accept responsibility for what you did,” Christie argued. “I doubt very highly that Donald Trump would ever do that. And so I can’t imagine a pardon being issued.”

Christie then went on to prove he’s claiming the wrong party by defending Biden claiming there is no evidence that Biden committed.

Of course that flies in the face of mounting proof showing that the FBI and Department of Justice took extreme measures to cover up Biden’s involvement in Hunter Biden’s alleged criminal “business” deals.

“As far as President Biden, I don’t know what crime he’s being accused of or someday even charged with. So that would be an impossible question to answer,” Christie added.

That interview left many in the GOP asking why Christie isn’t running for President as a Democrat or all least gunning for the Vice President job.

Pull the cord on Chris Chistie's back and he will recite that standard line, just like Barbie to Ken. ;)
