Not to mention they need numerous porta potties and that requires extra manpower and expense to keep them from overflowing.
I want to know if they are providing public showers for them too?
They do in San Francisco for people that are forced to live in their vans because they cannot afford to pay rent, even though they might have halfway decent jobs such as a bus driver. ;)
