NN SEZ: You click the video -- it's a kid in some old B&W music barking "libertarian" principles at a bemused adult! You look up a fraze from it and it turns out to be Chaplin's anti- McCarthyist 'A King in New York' from 1957:

What the kid says is supposed to be communist, but in today's communist USSA it sounds like Thomas Paine material. The parts on travel have certainly gotten pregnant with meaning in recent years as the USG has crushed offshore privacy and set up TSA molestation teams in every airport, taxes Americans on all their "income" wherever they are (a vicious policies better countries are mimicking now) ad nauseam.
Were passports even needed for travel by normal people 150 years ago? Don't think so. The PTB push for ever more control and bureacracy, less freedom and independence.
Yes, covert jew Chaplin was a stinking "liberal". His stuff has never done a thing for me, ever. I don't get his silents. 'The Great Dictator' struck me as stupid propaganda even as a teenager seeing it in a NYC theater without knowing anything about his politics (and being brainwashed myself).
The boy grew up to be a burnt-out hippie type. I read his book back then too:
