From the reading of it it seems obviously unconstitutional, but the descriptions of the bill given on the site seems a little exaggerated as is often the case with criticisms. They are just so blatantly stated.

Still disappointing as I like Noem. Kinda hard not to as she's quite intelligent and beautiful.

Congress shall make no law regarding the establishment of religion (except to give cover to the Jews).

Did I miss something? As a snake-handler I feel a little left out of this government protection against bias.
