ANYWAY, the property is about a 5 minute drive to the beautiful shore of lake Michigan near Beverly shores AND 10 minutes from New Buffalo, Michigan where cheap homes now run close to 200,000.00, but mine has been condemned by fascist Laporte county Health department terrorists and their traitorous seditious judge accomplices while denying a jury trial on the issues. The property will be quit claimed and sold as is to the purchaser who can then deal with these terrorists. who should all be arrested and prosecuted by a jury of their peers. Problem Property Report From here: It appears that certain city leaders of New Buffalo, Michigan are not talking much to Mr. Ray Kirkusf these days. He is officially on the municipal ballot for city council of New Buffalo. He submitted 28 signatures of New Buffalo registered voters, which were all validated by the city clerkfs office. He only needed 25. Mr. Kirkus, who is chairman of the Berrien County LP, has blasted the city council on a proposal to increase the spending limits of the city manager without requiring city council approval. He has also expressed strong disapproval for raising the dollar amount requirement for comparative prices for sales or purchases. He has made several promises which indicate that he plans to try and persuade the city council to protect the taxpayersf money and property, and to be more accountable of every penny to be spent. Mr. Kirkusf position on these and other issues won the support of the local Lithuanian community. They are planning a fundraiser in his behalf, and want to help him get the vote out in his favour. In the last issue of the HCN, it was reported that the Board of Directors of Corp. New Buffalo (City Council) decided to spend even more money on policing us. That's right, us, and that includes you! It's not bad enough that nearly every time I travel across town I see a cop car sitting either by the tracks, by the cemetery, across from Hannah's or parked at Knoll Bros Gas station waiting to hassle some poor unsuspecting motorist or busy searching some poor slobs car, so he/she can't do the other things we need yet another cop to do. Is that supposed to make me feel safe? We are definitely short on cops, aren't we? How many murders have we had and would another cop prevent that? How many rapes, robberies, etc.? Someone please tell me the stats because I never see anything major in the police blotters ... ever. So much crime; so little time. What's the matter, are the people of New Buffalo not safe from the ravaging crime wave they are told is about to descend upon them? There is not enough crime to even keep the cops busy solving real crimes, not searching for ordinance violators. How many of you even know what these cops do around here? Oh yes, let's not forget about the dog, remember him? What's he done lately? Do you ever see him anywhere? Oh dear, and poor Ed Carpenter, our overworked and understaffed building inspector; to my understanding he pockets 90 percent of the permit fees collected and looking at the number of homes being built, he's got to be making a fortune, but why not. Government jobs always pay great, don't they? Why doesn't some Harbor Country News reporter tell us how much money this guy is raking in? More cops, more staff, more money for the school that's losing students. Considering all the educated people who live and work around here, you still justify and condone this phenomenal growth of government. Anyone in the council ever thought that giving some money back to all the property tax payers might be a better idea than just finding a way to spend it? Yup, it all makes sense, just keep that government growing and have more and more of these power-hungry authorities on the street via the council chambers and through their cronies telling you and me what to do. Look at Michigan City. Cops are everywhere, and the people flip the bill for the growth of government, despite the massive profits and taxes they get from the boat. At the same time the courts rule over and over again that the government is under no obligation to protect anyone. When a cop knocks on your door because you didn't shovel the snow or is out in your yard measuring how tall your grass is, remember this article. I grew up in Indianapolis, Indiana. I left there in 1979, and had witnessed 1st hand the police State becoming institutionalized there. Later when my dad had a stroke I went back there for a year to assist him in his day to day activities until he was well enough to operate independently, which he did for awhile. He still lived in the house I grew up in, on the near eastside, but the neighborhood had become a gang infested shit hole complete with crack heads, whores, shootings every day or so, and lots of home break-ins. This neighborhood had been a blue collar, "white" family neighborhood where everyone knew everyone else, had gardens in the back yard, kids played outside even after dark, kids delivered papers in the early morning hours, and there was very little crime. The City of Indianapolis decided to build the convention center and the sports arena/dome, the City-County Building etc., in the downtown area, so they had to remove the scumbags from the slums and tenemant houses that were 99% "blacks". Soon, the near eastside was invaded with black riff-raff and government clinics, job centers, re-education centers, mental health clinics, more and more cops, and began to deteriorate quickly. The city government hired people to purchase homes for blacks discreetly so that the sellers wouldn't know they were actually selling their home to some wino, or welfare bitch with 8 kids by different daddy's. Needless to say, the negroes took over the neighborhood as whites fled to suburbia or anywhere else to avoid the catastrophy that had been their neighborhood. Once useable alley ways were filled with trash and old sofas. Houses were burned down by tenants leaving in the middle of the night. Businesses fled the area and those that stayed had security systems installed (to no avail) and hunkered down. Property values there today are zilch. The home purchases were subsidized by the (taxpayers) government to move this filth into the neighborhood, but now no one can get a loan to buy a house there. Today, they (government) house 100's of sex offenders and other felons in this once normal neighborhood. The huge RCA factory now houses 100's of government goons known as "COMPLIANCE OFFICERS" that patrol the neighborhood looking for violations of city codes ... grass heighth, weeds, unplated vehicles etc., The people unfortunate enough to own property there have seen it depreciated to virtually nothing. The crack-heads and pimps run the neighborhood while the cops eat donuts and steroids. The last night that I stayed there, two doors down a couple were dragged to their basement and shot in the head by two nigger crack-dealers. A week before that, one of my dad's renter's house was broken into in the middle of the afternoon and robbed. After I left there it got so bad that my dad sat in his wheel-chair with a pistol strapped to the arm of it. They have now converted a discount store (similar to target) into a "Mexican Jail" where the police all speak spanish and the only people they take there after arrest are Mexicans. When I lived there as a kid there weren't any Mexicans. When you go to the grocery store (Kroger) the line is filled with food stamp (card) shoppers that haul their groceries to the new car they drive sitting in the parking lot. The only white people you see there now are senior citizens that can't get out and fat white bitches with black kids and no daddy. Do I think the "City" knew what would happen to the near eastside of Indpls. ? I think they planned and paid for it. And little bitches like the one in the video posted here are the types of people they use to get the job done. Some self-centered socialist asshole gets a job that they think contributes to the betterment of society, damn the Constitution. My dad could have moved, but didn't want to leave the place he'd raised his 5 kids in and where he had spent most of his life. No one should ever think for a moment that the "city" or "county" or "State" are your friend ... they are thieving socialist corporations that contribute to the destruction of freedom and swallow every piece of property they can in the process, all intended to destroy the middle class. Today, the taxes in Indianapolis have quadrupled. Inner-City properties everywhere are experiencing the same tax hikes because the welfare State needs to feed the unemployed, maintain their sex offenders and felons, and their socialist parasitic staff. This country is becoming balkanized. The inner-city welfare state is causing working families to deprive their own children of an education so they can buy some crack-head's kid a bicycle. Bitter, am I bitter ? You fucking betcha ! What they (govt. drones) haven't torn down, burned down or destroyed with the negroe scum they finance into your neighborhood they will accomplish with the illegal Mexican scum they're shipping in by the bus load. And now they have co-opted the Judges, the Sheriff's and local cops to facilitate their criminal behavior. It's the same all over the country. I can't imagine living in a big city again.
