20. To: Badeye (#17) I warned him publicly at least twice, and by email NOT to post anything that was in Arabic, or linked to an Arabic language site. He said it was done accidently, and would not do it again. In the last article he posted, (I deleted the thread), when I went to the link, it was AGAIN to an Arabic language site. That was it. Done. I won't be lied to. LP cannot tolerate that. We are at war...like it or not. There is no way for me or others who cannot speak Arabic to know whether or not there are messages between terrorists going on, and I won't be a party to that. It's too dangerous for all of us. When I warn someone about an action, and spell out the reason why, and they do it again, I don't have any other choice but to cut off their posting rights. I think I acted on behalf of the posting community here. We can't be associated in any way with those who are terrorists. I think he was doing a disservice to the site, and our members. I was very disappointed with him. Goldi-Lox posted on 2006-09-07 14:34:17 ET Reply Trace

When Goldi said to leave Payee line blank on money orders, off went the alarm bell and its siren.

Whole lot of mischief could wander into that scenario.

I hope Goldi hasn't been diverting donations for personal use. Nah, not Goldi, that would be fraud. /sarcasm

"I knew it, you slept through social manners in college."

Actually, the University of Oregon is a left of liberal institution, we had creative social manners there as we had already passed creative spelling and making math vague in Eugene, Oregon high schools. Your misfortune for missing where you went to school.

As for dictionary, I used http://M-W.com. I am not going to pull out that heavy unabridged book merely to please your strange urge you always have to be hoity- toity. You know us liberals, we are typically far too lazy to do something like that. ;-D

Mikey...there you go again, not being nice to me.

Surely a scholar of your degree must know and understand common words such as soleist????

By the way, I drove by a college once but they told me to move on.

Cordial and formal.

On prior bans of short duration, I received unsigned love notes from Admin monitor or whatever. They were very unkind, bad language and all. I did get an inferiority complex, figured that did'nt like me.

Welcome to my BOZO list- first one.

First one?! Wait a minute--what about me? You bozoed me because I mentioned the Protocols of Zion and I reciprocated accordingly.

Merely making note of what your common theme is, fret not. I am not bothering with not being nice, but thanks for caring whether I am or not. It shows you care. And here I thought you didn't, ;-)

"By the way, I drove by a college once but they told me to move on."

You have to think like a crook to catch a crook. That's why I hate cops.

Besides, the purpose of leaving the pay line blank is, so Goldi claims, so she can run them thru her bank account, otherwise she would need a business account for LP.

The blank pay line may have been a trick she picked up from the patriot community since when this is done, the m/o may be used for something else, such as paying the bills and whatnot.

If you do not deal with banks, and anyone with sense who wants to keep their freedom will not, then the completely blank postal m/o is the way to go. That allows us to use it for anything else and still keep any connection to our private business and business associates a secret.

Now, I sure wouldn't want boot leather applied to your forth point of contact to send you on a parabolic trajectory out of here. And judging by things, I don't see that happening.

Speaking of the University of Oregon, I walked through the fishbowl in 1976 as a Cherry on leave right after jump school. (That is the part of the Student Union building they filmed the food fight in Animal House in.)

I was foolishly wearing class As with boots and a Cherry maroon beret and got honored with food pelted at me by students still upset at the military because of Vietnam. (I'm so cool I had my own food fight years before they filmed Animal House there in Grateful Dead land, top that.) Imagine them doing that to the likes of me in 1976. I'm not the sort that has happened to much.

Usually those throwing things at me are to the right of me politically. ;-)

Yeah, goldibitch.........i would trust you about as much as i do the feeble gubmint! Wonder if she writes in B'nai Bri't or ADL or SPLC or even some synagogue to include as her 'tithes to the storehouse', or even perhaps supporting a kibbutz, or even paying passage for another russian jew to make it to israel............wouldn't put it past her.

Actually it could be rather dangerous to send her or anyone a check without the payee filled in.

Just imagine your check being filled in to a Hizbollah organization and the next day the feds alerted to your support of a terrorist organization with all banking info included for tracing purposes... Fool's game, imho!

One just never knows where the money goes. Considering she raised the Patriot Act rules as a problem.. .. makes one wonder.

Considering she raised the Patriot Act rules as a problem.. .. makes one wonder.

That has thrown up a few new wrinkles with banks so the best bet is to avoid dealing with them if possible. Personally, I've never had a problem with cashing a check at my local bank someone may have sent to me made out to my screen name, which is a sort of private business name associated with my website.

The big problems are now with those overzealous neo-Nazi types who think they have to inform on the rest of us and that the little sign they have on their desk about the Patriot Act is some kind of legal authority to demand you spill your guts and tell them you life history.

All of these collaborators are risking their own necks same as the active participants in the tyranny when the tide finally turns.

The fate of the active Tories directly after the end of the Revolutionary War comes to mind. They were made to flee the country for their very lives and were forced to leave behind all of their possessions.

I was at that rally with my daughter. Nice turnout. Gave the UN hell.

You wanna hear something interesting? Several folks had these T-shirts with a UN looking symbol that said "Visualize World police" on it and the UN would not let anyone inside wearing one of those shirts.

Freedom of expression is NOT alive and well as far as the UN is concerned.

look at the facts and then apply occums razor.

goldi doesn't like aristiedies politics, but aristeidies never does anything wrong so goldi can't honorably ban him.

one day goldi bans him in secret. doesnt't tell a soul.

she remains silent for a week and the people on the web tear her apart.

she finally comes out and puts on a show with badeye. says aritiedies might be helping the terrorists by linking to arabic websites.

does aristiedies strike you are a terrorist? no.

a simpler explanation would be goldi didn't like aristiedies politics, she banned him in secret hoping no one would notice and then came up with the lame excuse when the chatter on the web wouldn't let up.

that's occums razor for you.

Wasn't some guy arrested for playing Al Jazeera TV in a public place just recently???

The climate in this country is one where free speech is dead, and you better mind your p's and q's if you know what's good for you.

I am in no way siding with Goldishlock. I just see her point of view. If posting material from alleged terrorist websites makes your website popular with the feds, I'm not sure I'd want to post there either.

You never want to be affiliated with fundie wackos of ANY stripe, especially when the concentration camps are already built, and manned.
