20. To: Badeye (#17) I warned him publicly at least twice, and by email NOT to post anything that was in Arabic, or linked to an Arabic language site. He said it was done accidently, and would not do it again. In the last article he posted, (I deleted the thread), when I went to the link, it was AGAIN to an Arabic language site. That was it. Done. I won't be lied to. LP cannot tolerate that. We are at war...like it or not. There is no way for me or others who cannot speak Arabic to know whether or not there are messages between terrorists going on, and I won't be a party to that. It's too dangerous for all of us. When I warn someone about an action, and spell out the reason why, and they do it again, I don't have any other choice but to cut off their posting rights. I think I acted on behalf of the posting community here. We can't be associated in any way with those who are terrorists. I think he was doing a disservice to the site, and our members. I was very disappointed with him. Goldi-Lox posted on 2006-09-07 14:34:17 ET Reply Trace

Does this 'high standards' attitude hold with articles that link to sites written in hebraic? Or norwegian? Or swedish? Russian maybe? How about chinese? Could it be japanese? How bout mexcan?

I didn't much think so.

Looks like Goldi and Badeye have some fine theater underway over on this thread.

IMO, it sounds like Goldi really had to rack her brain to toture out this excuse. Even with the window dressing it sounds lame as hell.

I will be curious to hear aristiedies side of this.

It is of course all aritiedies fault. He had it planned from the beginning. A clever plot to make Godli look bad.

25. To: Badeye (#22)

It takes a rather blatent and inexcusable act for me to ban anyone who's been a member here for a long time.

Some folks want to quit, but don't want to Opus out, they want to be sent along...and it gives them an excuse to whine and get some "petting" and instant bonding on the new site. So they do increasingly bad things to get banned.

At some point, I have to do it when they cross that line. I can't just keep deleting threads that are "set ups" for banning.

Let's hope our 2 bannees have a welcoming committee elsewhere - and of course it'll all be my fault. Poor puppies.

Title: Biker Bar is not X rated, and will not be abused in that manner Source: LP Mgmt: URL Source: http://none Published: Sep 7, 2006 Author: Goldi-Lox Post Date: 2006-09-07 01:01:25 by Goldi-Lox 54 Comments

The Biker Bar is a place to hash out your differences, with laxer rules. It's a place where you can lose your cool, and call someone an idiot, or express a few edited cursewords that are not vulgar or crude.

It is NOT a place to post X-rated comments, photos, or to push the limits of what is allowed.

Unquestionable bad taste, X rated material, and rude vulgar titles are grounds for immediate and permanent removal...regardless of length of membership. There are a "few" who continue to try to push the envelope -- to their peril.

If you don't know whether or not it's too bad, look up the words civil, or civility.

Final test, do you want your 10 year old reading it knowing you wrote it? If you don't it doesn't belong on LP...even in the Biker Bar.

-----

Ghoul of Quantrill's biker bar thread made Goldi squeal. I wonder if toilet breath has been smitten with a time out.

If she applied an even standard he would be.

I suspect Burky reads it anyway, sort of a vanity thing.

Burky has a filthy mouth, all one has to do is prick his thin skin and out it rolls.

A filthy mouth is indicative of a person of low or few moral standards, bereft of common social manners, in otherwords, classed as socially unfit.

Merely making note of what your common theme is, fret not. I am not bothering with not being nice, but thanks for caring whether I am or not. It shows you care. And here I thought you didn't, ;-)

Good heavens...that thought never crossed my mind.

You have to think like a crook to catch a crook. That's why I hate cops.

Besides, the purpose of leaving the pay line blank is, so Goldi claims, so she can run them thru her bank account, otherwise she would need a business account for LP.

The blank pay line may have been a trick she picked up from the patriot community since when this is done, the m/o may be used for something else, such as paying the bills and whatnot.

If you do not deal with banks, and anyone with sense who wants to keep their freedom will not, then the completely blank postal m/o is the way to go. That allows us to use it for anything else and still keep any connection to our private business and business associates a secret.

Now, I sure wouldn't want boot leather applied to your forth point of contact to send you on a parabolic trajectory out of here. And judging by things, I don't see that happening.

Speaking of the University of Oregon, I walked through the fishbowl in 1976 as a Cherry on leave right after jump school. (That is the part of the Student Union building they filmed the food fight in Animal House in.)

I was foolishly wearing class As with boots and a Cherry maroon beret and got honored with food pelted at me by students still upset at the military because of Vietnam. (I'm so cool I had my own food fight years before they filmed Animal House there in Grateful Dead land, top that.) Imagine them doing that to the likes of me in 1976. I'm not the sort that has happened to much.

Usually those throwing things at me are to the right of me politically. ;-)

That has thrown up a few new wrinkles with banks so the best bet is to avoid dealing with them if possible. Personally, I've never had a problem with cashing a check at my local bank someone may have sent to me made out to my screen name, which is a sort of private business name associated with my website.

The big problems are now with those overzealous neo-Nazi types who think they have to inform on the rest of us and that the little sign they have on their desk about the Patriot Act is some kind of legal authority to demand you spill your guts and tell them you life history.

All of these collaborators are risking their own necks same as the active participants in the tyranny when the tide finally turns.

The fate of the active Tories directly after the end of the Revolutionary War comes to mind. They were made to flee the country for their very lives and were forced to leave behind all of their possessions.

look at the facts and then apply occums razor.

goldi doesn't like aristiedies politics, but aristeidies never does anything wrong so goldi can't honorably ban him.

one day goldi bans him in secret. doesnt't tell a soul.

she remains silent for a week and the people on the web tear her apart.

she finally comes out and puts on a show with badeye. says aritiedies might be helping the terrorists by linking to arabic websites.

does aristiedies strike you are a terrorist? no.

a simpler explanation would be goldi didn't like aristiedies politics, she banned him in secret hoping no one would notice and then came up with the lame excuse when the chatter on the web wouldn't let up.

that's occums razor for you.

Barf Alert tried to sneak in, but couldn't cut it. He's a GOPfirster.

Of course, people are going to have to make a decision whether the Republican Party is to survive or whether a free and open country is to survive. The two are at odds and you can't have both.

Any patriotic member of the GOP can tell you that the Bush administration should survive at the expense of the country. The national boundries of the United States are going to be erased after November elections anyway --- so why should anyone give a rip about the country? It's going away soon.

It is the party that matters. Stalin, Hitler and Mao discovered this before you were born.

Maybe because I don't check my e-mails, I never saw her warnings, and consequently never made the response she claims I made. If she posted warnings to me on LP, it must have been in postings I never read.

The last posting I made was from Uruknet, which, as far as I can see, is in English. Its page includes one or two Arabic words at the top of the page, and those I did not include in my posting, because I had seen an earlier complaint from Goldi about including Arabic in a posting. (That was probably one of my earlier postings, although that complaint from her that I did see did not mention me in particular. That posting said she was worried about the posting of coded messages.)

Interesting that that article that I posted that led to my banning is still up there on LP, after somebody else posted it a few hours after I did: What Types of Gruesome Weapons Did Israel Use in Lebanon?.

The link to the original article on Uruknet appears not to be functioning now, but here's a summary Uruknet page that uses Arabic to the same limited extent that the original article page did: uruknet.info.

I would doubt this seriously.

There are really no differences between the parties, its all about holding office and increasing the reach of the Fed.

There was a time when the GOP claimed to resent Big Gubmint....now, that has been thrown out the window.

The GOP and DIM are political monopolies, purposefully staking out bogus positions, but aligned to protect each other.

Its all a ruse.

But I had no idea. Just look at my postings here after she banned me. I assumed it was because of the content of the article, not any "Arabic" content.

Which reminds me, I recall another time she claimed a source was insufficient, when the original source was a newspaper from Lancaster, PA. She never retracted anything she said, although proven wrong.

Interesting.

I looked through most of the postings she made to you in recent times and saw nothing by way of warning. The closest thing to this mention is a response about the guy who rebroadcast Hezzbollah news and was arrested for it by DHS, wherein she mentions the possibility of some code being sent in the rebroadcast (but which had nothing to do with LP posted content). Maybe it's there and I missed it but from what she wrote to you it seems she was generally irritated over your postings that were unfavorable to Israel.

All considered, it seems she didn't like you on the site because you were making Israel look bad and she invented this reason to ban you. I'm sure she really believes what she says though -- it's probably a psychological thing with her wanting to have a reason to ban you. She's probably wanted that for a while.

But one benefit of a doubt I might suggest: If she emailed something to you and you've been a member for years, she may have used an outdated email address.

But that obviously wouldn't explain your supposed response.

Well, there's absolutely nothing in that post that even hints that she was upset with you. Her comment is obviously directed exclusively at the guy who was arrested, and the thread remains up.

As for terrorists passing coded messages, they could do it in English as well as any other language. It's quite silly to hold that kind of concern over Arabic lettering, and use of overt messages in Arabic news reports would easily attract the attention of any government.

Such concern is rabid paranoia, and --my guess-- just an excuse to block sources that are likely to be/usually are critical of Israel.

Oh absolutely. I think for her, running LP is second only to her Judaism. She was involved in "news activism" if that's the correct term, even before FR came along. A fax-tree network of faxing news reports around that the major media was ignoring.

I think it gives her a sense of empowerment, as if she is really accomplishing something and doing something somewhat significant for the benefit of her adopted people. Little does she realize she is just attracting those of a like mind and is contributing to more people thinking less of her and Israel supporters with her blatant censorship.

I agree that media control that is unfairly favorable to Israel, such as that practised by Goldi, can breed more discontent against Israel and perhaps Jews also. People see the imbalance and wonder why. "Are we children of a lessor God?" was a very good question raised at the hight of the Israeli bombing of the Lebonese people. According to Goldi, they apparently are.

When Goldi or anyone else justifies the death of innocent Lebanese while lamenting those of Israelis, I think Israel is made to look quite bad. That doesn't exactly help Jews out either.

So much for a free news discussion board.

Which was my point.

No news articles have been removed unless they had a foreign language in them.

I've removed 2 that had arabic in them.

With our terror threat, I don't know if that could be a signal to do a deed or not, and I don't want homeland security shutting down LP.

So

If you want a discussion board that has no rules, and is a free for all, Libertyforum is still operating. If that is what you want, go there. However, it's gotten so ugly that the owner has abandoned it. I don't intend to let LP go that route.

Any article that is posted here that contains arabic or other language in it that cannot be read by me, will likely get pulled. Just to be safe.

And I will pull any thread that contains material that is not news, that promotes any specific bigotry - regardless of the bigotry. I still have new people signing up who promote very ugly things. If you guys see them before I zap them, I get a scad of pings, and emails to dump it. So, they aren't things you guys want on LP.

Fun threads for the members to participate in are still okay, since they only seem to occur occasionally. They would be in the LP Townhall category, Misc General, or the Biker Bar.

Any article that is posted here that contains arabic or other language in it that cannot be read by me, will likely get pulled. Just to be safe.

I wonder if Goldi reads Yiddish and Swedish. Hey ya schmuck, uff da! ;0)

That makes about as much sense as going after Nation of Islam for graffiti.

"I'm sure everyone who has been to 4dum has noticed that it is a very anti jew site. They have posters over there who do nothing but attack Jews. It is as hitler lives on. It has two themes that come up quite often. They are an anti jew site and a 911 truth site. Their stuff on 911 is usually pretty good and the people over there seem to realize that 911 was an inside job. The only problem is that they blame EVERYTHING on the Jews. I do mean everything, no exageration. Could that forums real purpose be to taint the 911 truth movement with their hatred for Jews. I mean who is going to take a bunch of people seriously who can't get past their hatred of all things Jewish. So if it is intentional or not the result is the same. They are tainting the 911 truth movement with hitler like talk."

No one cares. He only has four posters and one troll over there and the daily hit could is in the low double digits. He gets a larger audience when he talks out loud at the bus stop.

True. He's a not ready for ezboard loser trying to jazz up a failure the cricket are too bored to chirp in.

I just thought some people would enjoy the spectacle of this thread showing how much he is at the end of his rope slowly twisting in the wind. It is a sad and pathetic sight, but he well deserved this fruit of his labor of alienating the world away from him.

I think I acted on behalf of the posting community here.

No you didn't. You are attempting to tear this forum down because of the Israeli last month. I don't think this forum can survive another of your blood letting as you have been performing against those that are not Israel- Firsters, first before America.

Now that you remind me, I guess that was the posting of Goldi-Lox's that made me aware that she did not want any Arabic posted on LP. And, for that very reason, I deleted the Arabic at the top of Uruknet's posting of the "Gruesome Weapons" article.

This "coded message" stuff---it smells like a possible bid to keep Americans off of news and forum websites the neo-fascists don't control---like Uruknet---and to have some excuse to shut down sites---like 4. "Any excuse will serve a tyrant," goes the old saying. In fact, I can imagine the neo-fascist traitors at the core of this government engineering another "false flag" terror attack, and then "discovering" that it was "triggered" by a "coded message" they had planted on some site they want to shut down. I'm not saying that to scare anybody, but the crack by GL that she didn't want Homeland Security to shut down LP is ominous when you look past its apparent goofiness.

I was very disappointed in him.

dang, that sounds like something your third grade english teacher would say.

pretty harsh, man.

another one of my favorite meaningless people parrot phrases is 'I'm sorry that you feel that way.'

i really have no idea what that means, and i am pretty sure that they don't either.

like, i'm sorry you got upset when you caught me trying to take advantage of you...

Well ... if I was Goldi I would have deleted it too.

First of all she made a fool of herself with her cock and bull story on the banning. The allegation that you might be sending coded messages to Al Qaeda. What passes for Clown Possee in outer Mongolia was snickering over that one.

Next, she completely lost it in a couple of places and basically got irrational. Then the clowns ganged up on her and made a fool of her.

It was either delete the thead or change her screen name.
