Well it looks like I was right - as more people filtered Badeye he realized that his efforts to disrupt threads and turn discussions toward himself were increasingly doomed to failure.

He's now apparently left us and is back at Free Republic of all places.

And, he's attacking NoPardons, so it's probably worth starting a pool to see how long before he's banned and comes crawling back to us.

That's all we need is the collective slime of ElPee, over here.

Oh well, at least these slimers don't have Goldi's P-C protective tit to rely on.

It occurred to me that we've been targeted for gang fanging by ziosnakes of late.

There's been an epidemic of them.

Looks like his acidic attitude finally burned through, but it seems Goldi will open the door again. And then he'll be banned again a few months after that.

But *I* banned him first. What a useless waste of posting space he generates.

B E hasn't bothered me since a few months after I discovered LP. 'Ignore' is a great feature.

I'm not sure I understand why Goldi is so much into BN discipline though. One possible use is something similar to that of the speed limit on interstates - a tool to allow for arbitrary punishment, since practically everyone can be framed a law-breaker.

Goldi always claimed that determining what is and is not BN qualified was fairly objective. I certainly don't agree, and didn't back in the LP days. She claimed to have some newspaper experience that made it easy for her. I remember agreeing to her insistance on the matter by letting her be the sole arbiter of what gets posted as BN. That way I never had to deal with it or those who argued the matter.

Bottom line: One man's news is another man's useless trivia (and a third man's spin).
