It could just be that Goldi has gone away for the weekend and doesn't know the site is down,or that there has been an equipment failure of some sort and they are working on getting it fixed.

Or it could just be that she got tired of putting up with all the crap, and just pulled the plug. I doubt the last one, though. I think she would post a notice if she were going to do this.

I guess it's all in the viewpoint. I see more Jew haters calling her names than I see Jews sniveling about anti-Semites.

BTW,I was called a anti-Semite there the day before the site went down, and it wasn't the first time. I see no evidence of the Jews and Israeli-Firsters there having any more influence with her than anybody else. In fact, she even banned Margueritte a couple of years ago under another of her screen names.

Perhaps there is a thought...

You also like magician, Marge and the others see nothing but Jew haters.

If you look at LP, that is nearly all you see, people that see anti semitism under their bed, in the closet and are afraid to deal with it.

No one on LP has ever raised the specter of anti goyism, have you ever wondered about that Pete????

I can go on LP and demand we nuke the Arab world, and not ONE WORD of disapproval, from anyone, not one.

Missed this one.

I can't speak for anyone else, but you would hear protest there from me.

What you seem to be missing is most of the people there (and everywhere else) that cheer the suggestion we nuke the A-Rabs aren't Jewish. Most are Christians,if in name only. They are people who bought into the whole terrorism thing at face value, and they are scared.

BTW,I think that unless the NWO does take over we will eventually end up nuking several Muslim countries. It is inevitable that sooner or later some fundie Muslim group or another is going to get their hands on a nuke or a bio weapon, and use it to attack a major US city. Once that happens, all bets are off. Even I will be cheering to see the mushroom clouds over Arabia.

It pained me to believe it so without reservation, but the complicity by purposeful neglect indicts the globalist Bush Administration puppetmeisters is obvious IMO.

Oh...And, no, I don't believe Bush himself was capable of masterminding a lemonade stand.

Ahhhh, but purposeful neglect is NOT the same thing as "being behind it".

Gray area there, Pete.

I've made the case with respect to 9/11 as analogous to leaving the store door wide open and unguarded - along with an open cash register - then claiming no responsibility for the thievery.

If you both are going to say the WTC 1, 2 and 7 came down because of fire then you're both either very ignorant or trolls. There is too much evidence to the contrary to believe otherwise.

Once you believe that the collapses were helped by explosives, then you have to believe that the Bush administration was complicit.

And even if you can't see the physical impossibility of collapse by fire, you have to be able to see that no plane is going to fly into DC air space unidentified and unintercepted, without inside top level complicity.

So which is it? Ignorance? Or shilliness?

Before 911,

a Logistics employee I am good friends with, for Fed Ex told me about a system of vectored red lights that DC had in place to warn of any unauthorized aircraft from even getting near the capitol, and if the craft did not turn around, anti aircraft weapons were at the ready.

However I have never broached the subject of the 911 attacks - for reasons of just getting along. I think he has got to go along with the ruse.

What is more likely? Our domestic air defense systems were hopelessly unprepared, or our government set it up, then perfectly executed the plan? Shit during the Clinton admin, a plane hit the white house, on accident.

Our government is incompetent, that much is clear.

It can't even torture people in Iraq in secret, do you think they can pull off a 9-11 without anyone knowing? Probably not.

Our foreign policy caused 9-11, and silly conspiracy theories take away from learning the real truth. Playing chess with other nations has fucking consequences.

Not only that, but those same conspiracy theories are LOVED by the government because it allows them to dismiss any questions about their conduct as being linked to "those insane conspiracy freaks".

Instead of helping the cause of freedom, all they are doing in hurting it and helping the government.

AND....it does no good at all to argue with them because they are obsessed with every little detail, and have reams of false "Facts" to back up their arguments. What makes it so hard to argue against any conspiracy theory is that the best ones are all believable because there is a basis in fact to all of them.

For example *I* am the one that started the conspiracy theory Hillary Clinton being behind the crash of JFK Jr's airplane and his death. I started this rumor on FR and used the fact that he had been talking about running for the same Senate seat ("his" family Senate seat) that she was running for,and this is the reason she had a had the airplane rigged to crash. Within a hour this was accepted as the gospel, and I was being called a DNC shill for saying it was made up,and a liar for saying I was the one who made it up. DESPITE the fact that the proof I was the one who made it up was right there on that very thread!

Everybody jumped on the one little fact about the Senate seat, and that was all they needed or wanted to hear.

I can believe it. The same thing happens on FR to this day. On the birth conspiracy, a person will merely guess about something, and then a day later its gospel until proven false. Its interesting to see how conspiracy theories form.

I think he was born in Hawaii, but we won't know this for a fact until he releases the vault copy of his birth certificate, will we?

What I DO believe because it is an established FACT is that he was adopted by his step father and became an Indonesian citizen. Part of this process was rejecting his American citizenship. Despite what the Barry-Bots claim, his mother had the legal right to denounce his US citizeship.

I also know he travled to Pakistan as a Indonesian citizen as an adult, and his name was Barry Soetoro at the time. I also know there has been no explanation whatsoever about how or when he changed his name and obtained US citizenship again.

For all we know,he still had Indonesian citizenship.

Its not debatable, a mother cannot denounce US Citizenship. It is also not established he was adopted.

Yes, school documentation from 1970's Indonesia is obviously much more official than Hawaiian certificates of live birth. The school would have put down whatever he was registered as by his step father.

Your hero, the Obamasiah, has not produced a "Certificate of Live Birth" but a CERTIFICATION. There is a difference.

The State of Hawaii, statute 338, allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get a Hawaiian birth certificate. Mr. Obama has never presented any corroborating evidence that he was actually born in Hawaii. His paternal grandmother in Kenya and the ambassador of Kenya made statements that he was born in Kenya.

The image that Mr. Obama has posted on the Internet was not a valid birth certificate, but rather a limited value document, called Short Version Certification of Live Birth. The Certification of Live Birth does not name a hospital, name a doctor, have any signatures or a seal of the Hawaiian Health Department on the front of the document. This document is usually given to parties that don't have a proper hospital birth certificate and it is given based on a statement of one relative only. Even the state of Hawaii doesn't give full credit to these documents.

He isn't my hero, I didn't even vote for him. Certificate certification who gives a shit, its legal proof in any court of the circumstances of his birth. The name of it is truly irrelevant.

The State of Hawaii, statute 338, allows foreign born children of Hawaiian residents to get a Hawaiian birth certificate.

Not when Obama got his, and not one that lists his city of birth as Honolulu. Strike one.

Mr. Obama has never presented any corroborating evidence that he was actually born in Hawaii. His paternal grandmother in Kenya and the ambassador of Kenya made statements that he was born in Kenya.

The grandma story is a fake. The audio you birther truthers claim is about Obama's father. Strike two. How would an Ambassador know if Obama was born there? You think they have every birth stored in their memories. He is on record saying Obama wasn't born there.

The image that Mr. Obama has posted on the Internet was not a valid birth certificate, but rather a limited value document, called Short Version Certification of Live Birth. Even the state of Hawaii doesn't give full credit to these documents.

That document is given to everyone who asks for a duplicate birth certificate. Everyone. Its fully legal, and is proof in any court of the circumstances of his birth, by Hawaiian law. And yes the state of Hawaii gives full credit to it. Strike Three.

What you are talking about is a native hawaiian program where you must prove that not only you were born in Hawaii but your parents where both born in Hawaii. In that case that document isn't allowed, not because it can't be trusted as being accurate, but because it doesn't list the city of his parents birth.

Like all conspiracy theorists you go out and try to find seeds of doubt to prove your forgone conclusion. And you can't even do that, so you must misrepresent what you find.

The document Obama has shown is just as legal as any birth certificate in the nation. He can use it to get a drivers license, passport, social security card, anything.

"Obama...

is not a "natural born citizen" because his father was a Kenyan national and a British subject. To be a natural born citizen, a person's parents must BOTH be citizens of the United States of America. Further, that person must be born in the United States.

is a "citizen" because his mother was an American citizen. There are question about his birthplace and whether he was naturalized after his period of time as an Indonesian citizen.

may be a "native born citizen" -- a child born in the United States of foreign (non-citizen) parents. He will have to release his birth certificate, which he hasn't, to ascertain this status. "

Cite the statutory language from the Hawaii State Code that, for purposes of establishing place of birth within its jurisdiction, that certificate lacks legal standing to do so.

Thanks.

That asked, on that form it clearly states that it is a) a certificate b) a true copy or abstract of what is on file and c) valid in any legal proceeding.

You suppose Goldi is just trying to make us miss her? Doesn't she realize just how low our standards really are?

I am wondering where some of LP's fixtures are, people like Yukon or Marguerite or Magician or McCain_Rocks. Probably in severe withdrawal, standing in line down at the methadone clinic by now.

I can't remember the last time the LP crack house went down, but certainly a lot of discussion with unknowns could have been a shock for some.

You think there should be a birther, Truther, Jewy test?

If goldie is the school marm, then, well, no wonder all the new kids are annoying to you. Reality in a free forum can be trying I suppose.

But I do understand missing your comfort zone. I guess we're all going to have to get used to heavier chains soon.

Aren't you glad you got out for a run now before you are permanently stuck barking at the end of your chain? ;)

yes War and I are dear friends because I have been on forums with him since my very first one
back at Y2K (Lucianne)
and he has redeeming qualities
but you do realize he is only on forums to drive posters up the wall
he has no other purpose for being on
all his posts are designed to do that
our friendship not withstanding, his political posts to me are designed to drive me up the wall too
he had already left LP few months ago on his own, I don't know when he arrived here
but he is hardly a typical LP poster, since his purpose is to drive us nuts :)
Yes I love him, and yes he has friends on LP
but that is because sometimes he breaks out of his "pest" role to engage in normal friendly discourse
he is a nice guy
but obviously there is no way to see it when he is posting for the express purpose of upsetting everyone

It was the third thing mentioned in the snappy phrase you wanted to patent or something.

You are having an awful time at answering a simple question.

Would you like to forget it and let it be for now? Because I guarantee that I will continue to ask people from LP what TOO JEWY means over there. It upset you, and I need to understand why.

Its not that I'm being generous and actually care who this offends, it's that I am curious where such statements find their roots.

It was the third thing mentioned in the snappy phrase you wanted to patent or something.

Actually, I loaded the full text of this thread to clarify this matter.

I originally posted:

I've only been here today but so far it seems Birthier, Truthier, and Jewier than LP was. And all of that just on a thread about LP being offline. ;)

The first mention of "Jewy" was your own post:

"You think there should be a birther, Truther, Jewy test?"

The first mention of "Too Jewy" was your own post:

"Too Jewy, Too Truthy, Too Birther. Pretty much your words."

Note again, I used these terms in comparison of LP to 4um. I never once said "too Jewy" (since I would not use such an inartful phrase). You are the one who said "Jewy" and "too Jewy" throughout this thread, pretending it was me who said it. You also falsely attributed "Too Truthy" and "Too Birther" as phrases I wrote when you are, in fact, the only one who wrote them. So "Jewy" and "Too Jewy" were not, in fact, my words. They are your words which you wish for some reason to pretend were my words. Then you want to conduct some pointless little witch hunt over why I said those words (which were actually your words) to begin with. Go back and check my posts. You'll find I didn't edit them ex post facto.

Senile? Drunk? Confused with your own bullcrap? What, like I should care so much to even want to find out?

If you want to ask me what I mean, you'll have to actually read what I wrote and then stop interrogating yourself.

And you should stop pestering meguro, not that I'm his White Knight or anything. He had nothing to do with your blatant attempt to put your words in my mouth.

So, what did you mean by SEEMS JEWIER.

It's not a hard question.

And for the record, I did apologize to merguro, if you followed the thread and so forth.

Again with the dramatics. Blatent attempt to put words in your mouth? I asked a simple question that you just won't answer and still won't.

Why?

Okay, SEEMS jewier. Not a big difference. But I really like the graphics and boxes and stuff.

Macro insertions. I just type '>>lptable' and it instantly creates a formatted bordered HTML table for me and places my cursor at the correct insertion point. I have a couple blockquote styles too. Just something to create a little visual interest beyond bolding/italics. Since Neil wrote both forums' software, the same stuff works both places.

What seems JEWIER??

4um seems Jewier than LP. 4um also seems Birthier than LP. Not to mention Truthier than LP.

Is that really so difficult to understand? You're the only one who seems to have a problem grasping it. You do understand comparative sentences?

You do realize you missed the actual point of my original remark?

It was intended to point out how a thread about LP being down was full of Truther/Birther/Jew material which was completely off-topic. The little smiley was intended to convey light humor, well, obviously not too successfully, at least judging by your reaction.

Apparently, answering it is impossible for you to explain. It SEEMS JEWIER, and I would like to know how you come to draw that conclusion. Simple.

An example, if I say, it seems cloudier today, the common conclusion might be that I think there were less clouds yesterday. Not that there ARE more, but it SEEMS like more.

So, if it seems Jewier, what is your frame of reference?

Smiley or not, the humor is lost unless we can share the presumed joke.

Not anti-Jewier. Or pro-Jewier.

Just Jewier.

Generically more focused on Jews and Israel, whether for or against.

I wouldn't have bothered to explain but I've observed you are generally a good reader. I didn't bother before since Cynicom is an obvious quote mangler.

I would think it would be obvious since this is a thread about LP's outage and in about 900 posts, only 60-70 were actually about LP and the rest were Jewy/Birthy/Truthy. Although LP certainly had Jewy and Birthy and even some Truthy threads over time, it was not quite to the extext I observed here in a single day of reading articles. Of course, I haven't seen anything here like a Biker Bar so certain articles don't migrate to a back room as you often see in other forums. From a forum management perspective, this can be a plus or a minus in terms of segregation of topics, how casual posters or lurkers perceive the forum, whether you make some lib group's hate site list, or just in having a variety of topics that are representative of the forum's variety of opinion in a limited sidebar space.

Seems pleasant enough, a bit of difference in the forum software. LP had sub-forums though those weren't like the ones at FR. LP had no 'private' mail, FR and 4um do (I consider that to be a minus for many reasons). LP had no homepages/bookmarks and 4um and FR do.

But at FR, the hyenas and jackals used Private Mail as a tool to gang-bang and cannibalize those who opposed The Cult-of-Bush, or those who had/have the "gall" to go against the grain of the consensus.

Personally, I prefer divergent views instead of an echo-chamber, but then again, the OCD-parrots can be annoying.

I registered at FR in 2000, I think it was, but did not post there very often. It seemed to me to be a venue in which all of the kids who through the years had been denied a place at the Kewel Kids table or had been pummelled in dodgeball decided to congregate to plot their revenge. Kind of an everted Lord of the Flies.

Oddly, enough, I wasn't banned there until a couple of years ago when some Dick tried to engage me in a cross forum war. And, fwiw, in my direct dealings with JR he was reasonable and a gentleman.

This one was until you arrived with your anti semetic flag waving.

You did serve a useful purpose of some value, those reading my words took heed.

Not you, your jewishessier or whatever is belied by your running to Goldie.

What a class act.

You mean when I flagged Goldi to notify her that the troll Mrs. Yukon was posting St*rmfr*nt threads? Of course I did. That was only one of the really offensive threads "she" posted. She was an obvious disruptor.

BTW, it was Mrs. Yukon who seemed to be luring us over to 4um with her remark, "Freedom4um is better than LP". Check that same thread and see for yourself.

I find it rather amusing that you have not a clue as to what a Jew is, a man that runs and tattles every time he senses anti semitism, yet he performs more like a programmed robot than a goy.

When you have time, do try to enlighten yourself as to what constitutes a present day Jew, until then nothing you say makes any sense.

as a starter ask goldie if she is Jew by race or culture or religion. I did long ago.

You might learn something. loser

I thought you had already publicly declared me to be a Real Live Jew. On the basis of your recommendation, I'm on the fast track to join LP's ultra-elite Jew Club. Mad Dog says all I have to do is learn the secret handshakes.

... until then nothing you say makes any sense.

Uh...right.

Real Live Jew

You are, a cultural Jew that whines anti semitism at every turn of the wheel..

Recall YOU brought up the subject, no one here.

Doesnt it just chap your Kibbutz when there is no one to whine to???

Sniveling wont work either. Loser

You are, a cultural Jew that...

But you just posted at LP that all Jews are cultural Jews, that race was somehow irrelevant.

I know consistency is a hobgoblin of small minds but you seem to be charting new horizons in hobgobling.
