I hate the UN with a burning passion and have never made a secret of it on any board I have ever posted on. I wouldn't care if it blew up and broke up into so many parts that the largest one would fit comfortably in a matchbox--a SMALL matchbox.

Exactly. Some folks will believe anything so long as "de gubmint" told 'em.

Their delusion is very strong.

OTOH, I do grasp that disruptors will sometimes try to ruin another forum or poach posters from another forum. So if I were a mod or forum owner and saw that happening, I would warn them and then ban them.

But that is not what I was doing and even said so on the forum. Remember she claimed I made an announcement I never made.

The reality was that I was posting on at least 5 forums at the time including LF. I even had two of my own! Still do. I always talked about other forums I was posting on.

I had caught ByteShredder plagerizing my friends work. He started posting death threats to me. Though I didn't take them serious something needed to be done about it. I had complained to Goldi in email. She said on the forum she was having email problems and hadn't seen the email. I told her that I would give her time to deal with it. Mean while I would post elsewhere.

The purging of memebers at LP, mind you I signed up within the first two months it was up, was resulting in a lot of people moving over here. Many I considered friends. I signed up here and started posting. I had told someone on LP, I don't remember who, that I was posting here until Goldi had time to deal with my complaint. This is what she twisted into an announcement I was leaving. The posts are archived on this forum somewhere. Yukon twisted one of my posts into recruiting for 4um. It was removed and I was banned.

Byteshredder still posts at LP with immunity.

There are so many dots to connect that only a damned liar or fool would deny the truth of 911.

Now that is a fine summation.

Liberty is not a means to a higher political end. It is itself the highest political end.

That should be a permanent auto-ban on any forum, no matter who posts it, no matter how drunk they are. Death threats aren't free speech, they're speech intended to stop free speech.

Goldi herself said I was banned on the open forum!

FF was banned for trolling for members for another forum after announcing she was leaving to go there. (She likely only was another day or so here. Damage control.)

As I said before, I made no such announcement.

What makes you believ that they should have been left standing?

For one, it is highly unlikely the supporting bolts and rods holding the trusses onto the core would have been strong enough to rip the core apart. If the floors pancaked then the floors should have slid over the core. However, there wasn't much left to slide since the upper floors pulverized as they collapsed, so there was not enough energy to cause a collapse of the lower floors in the first place.

Thus, not only should the core have remained standing, but the 100 or so UNDAMAGED floors of both towers should have survived the collapse of the upper structure of both buildings, except for perhaps the top section of the remaining undamaged structures.

And sure, the top was tapered, BUT strong enough to hold most of the weight of the WTC structure at that level. In fact, it was highly improbable for a total collapse even at the damaged section to occur at all.

You are basing this upon what? The inane belief that the only force being exerted was DOWNWARD? What was one of the functions of the outer support structure? LATERAL stability. When LATERAL support fails...what happens?

Which "items" do you believe have not been rebutted?

Where's the flight manifests? I don't mean newspaper graphics, I mean a link to the actual flight manifests.

You haven't been able to show how there could possibly be enough energy to break the lower floors since much of the energy was expended by the pulverization process.

You haven't shown any proof that the hijackers actually boarded the aircraft.

I haven't had the time to dig through the "report" you linked, but I doubt it can honestly explain how two 110 story structures can collapse in 8-18 seconds, where the lower 100 floors were undamaged prior to the initial collapse of the top sections of each tower.

You haven't been able to explain the fact that war games taking place during the attacks simulated the very attacks themselves.

LATERAL stability. When LATERAL support fails...what happens?

Nothing unless there are high winds or a hurricane taking place. The towers didn't start swaying back and forth. Is that what you trying to say, the collapse was caused by SWAYING?

Besides, only a relatively tiny part of the exterior columns were damaged.

I was not a Ron Paul supporter at the time. Well let me clarify. I didn't know much about Ron Paul then and was advocating for a different candidate, no not McCain. The more I learned about Ron Paul, the more I liked him.

I do believe that my banning had more to do with my association with Brer Rabbit than anything else.

what happens when you try to stack too much of something on top of each other?

Oh and BTW, the WTC towers were not just a bunch of stacked cans, they were rigid structures. There would have virtually no loss of lateral strength anyways due to the minimal damage to the exterior columns, yet it wouldn't have mattered if there WAS a total loss of lateral strength (which would be impossible due to the construction of the buildings themselves).

There were no hurricane force winds that day, and even if there had been, there was no overall loss of lateral strength as the purpose of the exterior walls was to DISTRIBUTE the lateral load across the entire building, and a missing section of column would not affect that.
