Aw...just chock that up to "another 9/11 coincidence!"

Make that coincidence #575.

Well, guess what. It happened again. I am not kidding. Both CBS News and the Associated Press are reporting that the passport of another hijacker, one Satam al-Sugami, floated down to Earth along with Mohammed Atta's passport. And not just a charred piece of a passport but , like the other passort, it was IN PRISTINE CONDITION.

That's phenomenal. I really would like to know what kind of fireproof paper those passports are made of.

Gosh ....the anomalies just keep piling up. Maybe there was some kind of space warp on that date where materials interchanged their structural qualities for a few hours. Yes.... that must be it!!!!!!!!!

I would love it if someone would actually compile such a list of all the "coincidences" from that day.

Sounds good to me. Boeing should be jumping all over that, with the discovery of how well that passport material survived the conflagration. I'm sure some of the other passengers were carrying passports too, evidently made of the regular old fashioned easily burnable material.

"If I were going to construct a God I would furnish him with some ways and qualities and characteristics which the Present One lacks... He would spend some of His eternities in trying to forgive Himself for making man unhappy when He could have made him happy with the same effort and He would spend the rest of them in studying astronomy." ~ Mark Twain

Not so! There's so many more people older than that who believe everything, as least in my anecdotal experiences.

TV wasn't required to get people to believe aliens had invaded from Mars. A radio show worked quite well. Conning people use to be done face to face, now with broadcasting through electro-magnetic radio waves, cable and DSL phone lines it is done to the masses wherever they happen to be.

I agree, I should have rephrased it to read differently.

I've always thought that the elderly were even more susceptible to TV's influences. My Grandmother swore that soap operas were truly real life. I would laugh when she said that and tell her. "Grandma... not one living person can have all those problems in their daily life".

Yeah.. radio could be even more dramatic, and some believed everything put in print too.

"As everyone knows, on 11 September, less than an hour after the attack on the World Trade Center, an airplane collided with the Pentagon. The Associated Press first reported that a booby-trapped truck had caused the explosion. The Pentagon quickly denied this. The official US government version of events still holds. Here's a little game for you: Take a look at these photographs and try to find evidence to corroborate the official version. It's up to you to Hunt the Boeing!"

my big boss had his office one ring in from the damage, on occasion while going through the course of my day I would connect into the pentagon live cam site on the secure terminal I worked at, funny thing for around three days prior all the cams were down and stayed down for about a week after.

neither here or there but I was up for sailor of the quarter a bit after 9/11; during the oral board I was asked what I thought about baalzabush's talk about a war on terrorism, I said it's just like the war on drugs; all a bunch of bulldung. the guy who aked me the question already knew what I thought of it prior to asking as we'd talk about related issues daily. I was a white male up against a black male and two gals of mexican descent so I knew no matter how I answered it wasn't my quarter for a grab and grin.

And besides which...putting aside the fact of controlled conbustion, both turbo fan jet engines and autos have a cooling system...

Uh no...but the load bearing capabilities of the structure holding up that mass certainly changed...the floor was ssuspended between two support structures...

Indeed, numerous scientists, engineers and demolition experts have said the official version of the destruction of the World Trade Centers is impossible.

Yea so...numerous scientists will tell you that a Sky Ghost waved his hand and we all appeared. BFD.

There are numerous scientists who believe that man has 0 affect on our environment.

That was a very unimprsive statement.

Desks, paper, carpeting, various office equipment, those are all that could burn, and that is what burned.

And it was contained mostly to one section of one floor...the 11th...and it did not burn out of control for very long if at all...

Hell it was onlyu 2 alarms and FDNY said that the fire wouldn't have even gotten that bad had their been a sprinler system.

There is 0 comparison between the two events...one was a fire...the other a catastrophy...

Prove that the fireman were not threatened and did not receive calls at home to shut up.
