the floors of wtc one and two beneath those struck closed off for "renovation" with access limited to a very few select group of "workers" a few weeks prior to 9/11.

Yeah, kinda like that, and that never gets "talked about" either.

what's really sad is the number of third worlders the navy, heck the military et al enlisted.

I've noticed that.

I wonder if it's because that way they have just that many more "expendables"?

I don't think that the powers that be care about our service men and women like they used to....

Guess what jet engines are made of. STEEL.

Uh...no...

And besides which...putting aside the fact of controlled conbustion, both turbo fan jet engines and autos have a cooling system...

Do you think the mass of a floor changes even if it did sag?

Uh no...but the load bearing capabilities of the structure holding up that mass certainly changed...the floor was ssuspended between two support structures...

Indeed, numerous scientists, engineers and demolition experts have said the official version of the destruction of the World Trade Centers is impossible.

Yea so...numerous scientists will tell you that a Sky Ghost waved his hand and we all appeared. BFD.

There are numerous scientists who believe that man has 0 affect on our environment.

That was a very unimprsive statement.

Oh, and how long DID it take each tower to collapse then?

Asked and answered many times. The last time you didn't even bother to read what I posted but you decided to argue against it any way...

Nope. Thee is 0 evidence of a controlled demolition.

Desks, paper, carpeting, various office equipment, those are all that could burn, and that is what burned.

And it was contained mostly to one section of one floor...the 11th...and it did not burn out of control for very long if at all...

Hell it was onlyu 2 alarms and FDNY said that the fire wouldn't have even gotten that bad had their been a sprinler system.

There is 0 comparison between the two events...one was a fire...the other a catastrophy...

Pay particular attention here, war, try to wrap your mind around an idea like that.

It's a moronic parsing...the tanks are part of the plane...it's like saying a car doesn't crash but its front end does.

Professor Steven Jones

How many times does this guy have to be discredited before you get it that he's discredited?

Both of the government-sponsored engineering studies of the Twin Towers' "collapses" -- FEMA's and NIST's -- are highly misleading about the core structures.

Gee...here's a paper that debumks that very notion:

Excerpt:

NIST: “As stated above, the core columns were designed to support approximately 50% of the gravity loads” [4]. “The hat-truss tied the core to the perimeter walls of the towers, and thus allowed the building to withstand the effects of the aircraft impact and subsequent fires for a much longer time—enabling large numbers of building occupants to evacuate safely” [10]...

The fact is the Towers were constructed with a substantial load-supporting core structure as well as perimeter columns – and on this point we agree with NIST in dispelling false popular notions.

Twenty-Five Rules of Disinformation

Rule Number Five

Sidetrack opponents with name calling and ridicule. This is also known as the primary attack the messenger ploy, though other methods qualify as variants of that approach. Associate opponents with unpopular titles such as "kooks", "right-wing", "liberal", "left-wing", "terrorists", "conspiracy buffs", "radicals", "militia", "racists", "religious fanatics", "sexual deviates", and so forth. This makes others shrink from support out of fear of gaining the same label, and you avoid dealing with issues.

The fireballs of the WTC attacks melted structural steel that was designed to withstand heat of 2000 degrees F.

The steel in the WTC could only withstand 600 degree F before starting to become compromised and no-one has claimed that the steel melted except you Moonbats.

We've been throught his before...and you have been corrected on this before.

And yet those same fireballs somehow weren't strong enough to do anything to a pair of surviving passportsfound in pristine condition.

Given the inaccuracies of your descriptions to date...I highly doubt that they were so found...

FDNY is a very close knit almost closed fraternity. Had anyone of them been intimidated over 9/11, it would be a) well known who was and b) why. Besides which...I am not the one who is making the claim.

FWIW, I lost several dozen friends and acquiantances that day. A good portion of my friends were FDNY. I went to more funerals over those two months than mostg wil in a lifetime.

And yet here you are plodding through this like none of it reflects on you. And so far you haven't been able to specify just what qualifications makes you such an expert BUT you seem to hold that on a pedestal as a must have qualification for others.

You are taking published "data", filtering it and forming your own opinion from it just like everyone else here.

Too many qualified and respected in the industry disagree with you so are you emailing them with your infantile name calling too. I used to have some respect for your opinions even when I disagreed but egads you are sounding more and more like Yukon here.
