An illegal and ineligible commander-in-chief of the military is a perfectly good reason to take up arms against an illegal government.

She's a hag, a shrill harpy and a harridan.

Michelle Obama: Angry black harridan.

That was excellent. Thanks for the link. And a brand new word for my vocabulary.

www.theobamafile.com/ObamaWife. htm

" "Michelle Obama set out Monday on a listening tour through the federal bureaucracy, stopping first at the US Department of Education (DOE) to thank employees for their service and rally them for the tough work ahead.

"There's a lot of work to do and we're going to need you," Mrs. Obama said. "The children of this country are counting on all of us."

In thanking the workers, she told the DOE staff members, "I am a product of your work."

Michelle conveniently overlooked the fact that the DOE was created by the Department of Education Organization Act (Public Law 96-88), and was signed into law by President Jimmy Carter on October 17, 1979. The DOE began operating on May 4, 1980, when Michelle was entering her senior year of high school.

Her hypocritical speech, espousing the importance of the public schools system, also brought focus to the fact that her own children have NEVER attended a public school. They recently started attending the exclusive Sidwell Friends private school in the capital that costs almost $30,000 each a year, and before that the girls both attended the private University of Chicago Laboratory Schools, where their mother was on the board."

Now I wonder if she draws a paycheck for being the First Lady.

Sure, you have to respect people's right to believe whatever they choose to believe. But I find it extremely curious that they defend someone who proclaimed that he would run a "transparent" administration, yet he refuses to show his real birth certificate. And he lied about how he would give the public five days to check out bills before he signed them into law. Just another liar and hypocrite like most politicians.

What isn't obvious is WHY won't he produce an actual birth certificate? Did the dog eat it?

He produced legal proof. That wasn't good enough. Why should he continue to play the game with a bunch of conspriacy theorists, now being led by the esteemed scammer Alan Keyes (and BTW I voted for Keyes over Obama in 2004).

Assuming you had the money and you were running for public office, would YOU spend hundreds of thousands, maybe even millions of dollars, to hide your actual birth certificate when you could produce one for less than twenty dollars?

He produced the 20 dollar copy and it didn't stop anything. There is no evidence that he is spending any money. National campaigns have lawyers who work pro bono. If a case went to trial he'd have to pay, but so far every single one has been immediately dismissed. And many of the lawsuits aren't even asking for a birth certificate they are claiming his father makes him not eligible.

A natural born citizen, per the understanding of the men that wrote the Constitution, is someone born on the country's soil of two citizen parents. Read Emmerich Vattel for the source of the Framers' understanding of the term. Obama's daddy's citizenship makes Obama ineligible.

Obama's a citizen, but not a natural born citizen. Neither am I, for the record. I've known that my entire life and so does Obama.

He led the charge to stop the illegal alien invaders obtaining amnesty when Jorge was throwing the gates of hell open upon America by them. Few others stood with him and against Bush and Congress on that at the time.

As far as his entire history in the senate, I'm certain that he isn't nearly as conservative as he should be....but you asked if any weren't fake.

I'll still say, imo, Jeff Sessions is one of those. Zell Miller is/was too.

Why do you assume Vitel was the founder source? He didn't write in English, and merely wrote about what he thinks a natural born citizen should be.

Natural born, has meant since the 16th century, inherent from birth. Oxford English dictionary has defined it that way since before the constitution was written.

So natural born citizen means citizen from birth.

At the time of the constitution someone who was born here not of two citizens wasn't a citizen, but that changed after the 14th amendment.

Think about it. Obama studied and taught constitutional law. Do you really think he'd write a book about his obviously non-citizen father and think he could get away with it. How did Obama run for president for about two years and nobody mention this?

How come this new definition only appeared when the Birthers couldn't find evidence of his foreign birth, and only a week before his election.

Use some common sense.

"Obama...

is not a "natural born citizen" because his father was a Kenyan national and a British subject. To be a natural born citizen, a person's parents must BOTH be citizens of the United States of America. Further, that person must be born in the United States.

is a "citizen" because his mother was an American citizen. There are question about his birthplace and whether he was naturalized after his period of time as an Indonesian citizen.

may be a "native born citizen" -- a child born in the United States of foreign (non-citizen) parents. He will have to release his birth certificate, which he hasn't, to ascertain this status. "

"He doesn't have to" sounds like a kid's argument--a retarded kid. He would have gained a few hundred thousand dollars, or at least not had to spend it (and it was probably someone else's so he really didn't care) if he would have simply produced the actual birth certificate. And I can only think of two reasons why he insists on keeping it hidden. Either it shows that he was not born in Hawaii as he claims or it may show that his father is not who he says. I can think of no reason, other than those two, why he would refuse to show it. But keep on defending him. I am sure he appreciates gullible stooges.
