I was required to present a certified true copy of my birth certificate each time.

That's only because you're a white man.

No, really, I'm quite serious.

I'm willing to make the sacrifice.

I'm in.

Wait a second. Wouldn't that mean President Biden and his charming hairplugs? Or President McStain and his MILFy wife? Or President Bela Pelosi?

Barf.

Yeow. We are so screwed.

It appears it's just getting started.

Actually,I'm not. I'm a feather Indian. Not full-blooded,but enough to legally qualify.

Which is one reason I think it's hilarious when idiots accuse me of being a Kluxxer or skinhead neo-Nazi.

Remember the active duty USMC SSG on FR that was a white guy who was married to a black woman? Every once in a while somebody would call HIM a racist, too. Can't remember his name right now,but he was one of the good guys there.

I couldn't. Not even when I got my first one in 1965,or my most recent one in 1991. I was required to present a certified true copy of my birth certificate each time.

Yeah, but you're not the one you have been waiting for, the Obamasiah (piss be upon him).

You're pretty fucking dense aren't you? You've been confronted with this truth prior and had no cogent rebuttal. Yet here you go again.

There are some people who think the reason is because the father named on the birth certificate isn't named Obama.

I don't know what to think myself, other than the obvious fact there is SOMETHING fishy about it or he would have produced it long ago.

Anyone who has any sense at all knows that you don't spend hundreds of thousands of dollars to hide a document that you could produce for less than twenty dollars if there wasn't something about it that was either very embarrassing or showed that you were not born where you claimed. Has to be one or the other I would think.

As you were previously informed....anyone can get that and it doesn't prove where the person was born.

Actually, only the ACTUAL person or a person with power of attorney can "get that".

That said, what does that birth certificate3 state where Obama was born?

it's a certification of live birth, as distinguished from a "certificate of live birth" and gives the place of birth as Honolulu, HI.

He had more campaign cash than God. This is a guy whose wife orders $500 in caviar for a light afternoon snack, the same guy whose credit rating was so bad he couldn't qualify for a rental car at the 2000 Democrat convention.

The birth certificate has become a Weapon Of Mass Distraction, a windmill for the Birthers to tilt at.

If he had no such controversy for the Right to chew on (and discredit themselves with), he would have had to pay someone to invent one for him.

Cite the statutory language from the Hawaii State Code that, for purposes of establishing place of birth within its jurisdiction, that certificate lacks legal standing to do so.

Thanks.

That asked, on that form it clearly states that it is a) a certificate b) a true copy or abstract of what is on file and c) valid in any legal proceeding.

Hospitals in Hawaii to Obama: You Were Not Born Here!

UPDATE February 2009 Click Here

Supposed Conspiracy Claim Turns REAL on Obama

It is becoming painfully obvious that we may very well have a criminal President in 2009. No this isn’t a joke. What I speak of is the curious developments in the supposedly racist, biased, dumb, as well as insane case of where Obama was born. Why the Barack Obama Birth Certificate Issue Is Legitimate

A strange development indeed is how it is that every time Barack Obama or a family member tells of where Obama was born, they seem to have no idea as of December 2008.

They seemed to know what hospital quite a few times months ago when it was claimed that Obama’s mother gave birth to him at Queens Medical Center in Honolulu - Obama and Mom Never Here

The Queen’s Medical Center 1301 Punchbowl StreetHonolulu, HI 96813 Link to Site Phone number 808-538-9011 General Medical Records 808-547-4361. After it was concluded that Obama and his mother were never there, his sister was in an interview (Mary) and claimed that Obama was born at Kapiolani Medical Center for Women and Children - Obama and Mom Never Here 1319 Punahou StreetHonolulu, Hawaii 96826(808) 535-7000 Link to site

Hospital after Hospital - all Have No Record of Obama being born or Mom Ever being There. Hospital after hospital in Honolulu all have NO RECORD of Obama or mother ever being there. Is this some state secret? Are we to believe that even the hospital that he was born in should remain secret? Why lie to us as if it matters I mean the man did win the Presidential vote? Why the lies and secrecy? We already know that Obama’s family and the entire nation of Kenya (which is about to have a national holiday for Obama) know that Barack Obama was born in Mombasa Coastal Hospital in Kenya. The government of Kenya has sealed these records. More and more secrecy due to the fact that once proven, Obama will not be constitutionally allowed to become President of the United States!

Rest of the story (if you are interested) here.

Hospital after Hospital - all Have No Record of Obama being born

You just lied Douchenbag.

Obama's birth records at every point are protected by the law. What that means, Moonie, is that a hospital could not tell you whether Obama was born there or not. So anyone claiming that aq hospital has no record, when, in fact, no record can be obtained except by Obama, is a fucking liar.

. As I recall, I gave you an education in Vattel and the writing of the Constitution.

Your memory is faulty.

Vattel is not legal code and, in fact, he states that a few paragraphs into his commentary. English common law is not American law as there is no Constitutional common law.

Now do you remember?

He is a Republican congressman that wasn't allowed in the White House for the last 8 years. He represents eastern NC,which includes Camp Lejune. About 2 years ago he gave a anti-Iraq war speech to the Marines at Camp Lejune, and got a standing ovation.

He is also a practicing Catholic, and gets elected by overwhelming percentages in fundie Protestant NC.
