Cite the statutory language from the Hawaii State Code that, for purposes of establishing place of birth within its jurisdiction, that certificate lacks legal standing to do so.

Didn't know he was a papist though that's fine with me either way. What impressed me more was his courage in being so antiwar in such a strongly military congressional district with so many military retirees and veterans. I couldn't. Not even when I got my first one in 1965,or my most recent one in 1991. I was required to present a certified true copy of my birth certificate each time.

I renewed my passport back in 2006. I did not need a birth certificate.
