Jethro,that's the very point I was making a couple of hundred posts ago on this thread. Sure,some people may have been quick to scream for mama to come protect them from the bad mans over on LP,but it never seemed to help them. The LegalIndustrialComplex in this country (supposedly-along with the founding documents-based on "religious" ideals) is the anti-thesis of everything moral. I'll leave religion out of it. Too many have been killed in its name. It would take an entire manuscript to even scratch the surface on this topic. Leave it best to say only that our LIC is not about "justice" nor is it about altruism.
Many are in prison who do not belong there. Virtually every "crime" worthy of incarceration carries with it a figurative death sentence of destroyed lives with no other purpose than the perpetuation of the lie that somehow the American legal system is just and sound.
Do all crimes deserve the death penalty as stated above? Should all violators (I refuse to acknowledge the word "criminal" because it is has invalid and incorrect connotations) have their wealth and families destroyed during and after a trial for which there is an almost certain chance they will be found guilty...not by any preponderance of the evidence, but due to unconstitutional judge's instructions, "testilying" by police, incompetent defense and Evil laws that should never have been written in the first place???

I never did figure that out because I was/am a "Ron Paul folks" and I was never banned.
My vague recollection is one or two RP supporters were banned for continually filling up the breaking news box with RP campaign press releases,and not stopping when asked.
