Champion after the latter went unconscious following contact with a low voltage line. Sometimes the four hour time limit seems to be too short of late. Personally, I wouldn't mind seeing it lengthened to 24 hours if that's not a huge programming bugaboo. Most news cycles are burned out by then and most dopey errors should be detected by that time. Just a thought.
