UConn police have identified the two students who were arrested in connection to an incident involving racial slurs being shouted on campus earlier this month. A video posted online captured a racial slur repeated several times as three young men walked in a parking lot near the Charter Oak Apartments on the Storrs campus on Friday, October 11.
