The mistake was probably made because the UK had just gone off Summer Time and America stays on Daylight Savings Time until its almost winter. That one hour time change might have done them in. The Rothschilds owned Reuters at that time. They sold it and the Associated Press to a Canadian family after 911 probably because people were getting suspicious of the Rothschilds' ability to "see events" before they happen.
