Of the 4% of the 2% that is CO2 only 3.4% is caused by human activity. So that is 4% of 2% is CO2 or 0.0008. But only 3.4% of the 0.0008 (.34 X 0.0008 = .0000272) is CO2 caused by human activity. And that is the justification for trillions of dollars in taxation and regulations, or is it? Scientific and historic data all tell us that temperature increases before the CO2 increases.
