Rates currently under discussion include $2 per bushel for soybeans, 63 cents per bushel for wheat and 4 cents per bushel for corn growers. Poster Comment:1) China will return any partially contaminated soy or corn. 2) China is slaughtering pigs by the millions due to African Swine flu so we will be feeding fewer Chinese farm animals.

Why Are Milkshakes Being Thrown at Right-Wing Politicians Like Nigel Farage? Iliana Magra 5 hrs ago Milkshake thrown at Brexit party leader Farage Video by Associated Press LONDON — Until recently, an egg tended to be the object of choice for protesters hoping to splatter a politician’s clothing with a sticky mess and cause embarrassment without any serious injury. Now, in several protests against rightist politicians in Britain, activists have found a new foodstuff to use as ammunition: milkshakes. On Tuesday, a man was charged with assault and criminal damage after he threw a milkshake at Nigel Farage, one of Britain’s most prominent and divisive Brexit leaders, in ...

The U.S. Department of Homeland Security sent out an alert on Monday warning U.S. firms and government agencies of a potential data risk from Chinese-made drones. The notice titled 'Chinese Manufactured Unmanned Aircraft Systems' warns that sensitive flight data might be sent to their manufacturers in China, where it can be accessed by the government. It goes on to say that U.S. officials have 'strong concerns about any technology product that takes American data into the territory of an authoritarian state that permits its intelligence services to have unfettered access to that data or otherwise abuses that access.'

China produces 80% of the world's rare earth elements. They are used in weapons, cell phones, hybrid cars, and magnets. China does not have the means to match the US in the total number or amount of tariffs. But China can strike back in other ways. One critical way would be to cut off the US supply of rare earth elements. Bloomberg reports Xi’s Trip to Rare-Earths Plant Stokes Talk of Trade Retaliation Shares in JL MAG Rare-Earth Co. surged by their daily limit Monday after state news agency Xinhua said the Chinese president had stopped by the company in Jiangxi. Official news outlets give regular updates on the whereabouts of top leaders, sometimes leading to share spikes on ...

Establishment Narrative Managers Struggle With New Syria Plot Holes

It has been about a week since the Working Group on Syria, Propaganda and Media (WGSPM) published a leaked internal document from the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) investigation into an alleged chemical attack in Douma, Syria last year. The document, whose authenticity the OPCW has confirmed, contends that the official story which was used to justify an air strike by the US, UK and France about poison gas being dropped on civilians from Syrian government helicopters is scientifically implausible, saying “In summary, observations at the scene of the two locations, together with subsequent analysis, suggest that there is a higher probability that both ...

The Assange/Manning Cases Discredit Humanity

The rule of law has given way to law as a weapon in the hands of government Update: In my explanation today of Assange’s case, I noted corruption in the British court’s ruling. Former British Ambassador Craig Murray indentifies the corrupt act committed by the British judge, Lord Phillips. The ambassador’s explanation is here. — Everyone who is aware of the US government’s extraordinary criminal actions at home and abroad bears a heavy weight. The millions of peoples murdered, maimed, orphaned, widowed, and displaced by gratuitous American military aggression comprise a Holocaust of deaths based entirely on lies and false accusations in order to advance ...

REUTERS/Massimo Pinca GENOA, Italy (Reuters) - Italian unions refused on Monday to load electricity generators onto a Saudi Arabian ship with weapons on board in a protest against the war in Yemen. The Ecuadorian government is allowing the United States to confiscate the possessions of WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange from their embassy in London, which was his home for seven years, after seeking asylum in 2012. Assange is currently serving 50 weeks in an English prison on charges of skipping bail. WikiLeaks’ editor in chief, Kristinn Hrafnsson said Assange had been expecting his arrest for a few weeks, due to a deteriorating relationship with the Ecuadorian government, so he took the time to scrub his computers of any compromising material. Hrafnsson worries the US could plant something, “If anything surfaces, I can assure you it would’ve been planted,” he ...

TEHRAN (FNA)- Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif blasted US President Donald Trump for his recent threats against Iran, stressing ineffectiveness of Washington's attempts to defeat the country. Zarif in furious response reacted to Trump's recent threat on twitter that a fight with the US would be the "official end of Iran" if Iran wants to fight, replying in a tweet that the US president is "goaded by B-Team (John Bolton, the US national security advisor, Bibi, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Saudi Arabian Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, and Abu Dhabi’s Crown Prince Mohammed bin Zayed)". He added that Trump "hopes to achieve ...

China’s pig disease outbreak pushes up global pork prices

Hong Kong retiree Lee Wai-man loves pork fresh from the market but eats a lot less now that the price has jumped as China struggles with a deadly swine disease that has sent shockwaves through global meat markets. China produces and consumes two-thirds of the world’s pork, but output is plunging as Beijing destroys herds and blocks shipments to stop African swine fever. Importers are filling the gap by buying pork as far away as Europe, boosting prices by up to 40% and causing shortages in other markets. “I’m a fresh-pork lover, but it’s too expensive,” Lee, 87, said as she shopped at a Hong Kong market. African swine fever doesn’t harm humans but is fatal ...

Windows 10 version 1903: Is it safe to install yet?

"Once burned, twice shy." That's good advice if you're working around a hot stove. It's an equally wise strategy for anyone responsible for administering Windows 10 PCs. After the disastrous rollout of Windows 10 version 1809, you should indeed be extremely wary of touching that hot stove. Microsoft had grown cocky after a handful of relatively trouble-free feature updates to Windows 10, and had even bragged about how quickly it was able to roll out those semi-annual feature updates. That hubris caught up with them in late 2018. Poster Comment:I thought we were being promised Bug Free Windows with Windows 10?

The Wikileaks founder, 47, who is serving 50 weeks in Belmarsh prison for violating his bail conditions, was reportedly visited by the inspectors without a guard present. A source said: 'I can't recall another prisoner being afforded the same privileges.'

US Foreign Policy: Endless Psy-Ops Against the Whole Planet
Post Date: 2019-05-20 09:33:50 by Ada

To say the US conducts "foreign policy" is patently a misnomer. US policy is nothing short of low-intensity warfare against the whole planet. Its "foreign policy" is nothing more than a continuous program of psychological operations. An important element of this colossal corruption of politics is America’s so-called news media which plays a crucial role in concealing and propagating the psy-ops. Just look at US conduct over the past year with regard to geopolitical rivals, foes and even supposed allies. American behaviour is that of a hegemon and tyrant that brooks no dissent. Ultimatums, economic sanctions, threats of punishments, threats of annihilation, actual ...

Pretexts for an Attack on Iran

An Iraq-War redux is now in full play, with leading roles played by some of the same protagonists — President Donald Trump’s national security adviser, John Bolton, for example, who says he still thinks attacking Iraq was a good idea. Co-starring is Secretary of State Mike Pompeo. The New York Times on Tuesday played its accustomed role in stoking the fires, front-paging a report that, at Bolton’s request, Acting Defense Secretary Patrick Shanahan has come up with an updated plan to send as many as 120,000 troops to the Middle East, should Iran attack American forces or accelerate work on nuclear weapons. The Times headline writer, at least, thought it appropriate to point ...

Russia Grinds Out Wins In Europe

Europe is finally coming to its senses five years after the coup in Kiev started what is now the new Cold War between Russia and the West. The first part of Russia’s win comes from Italian leader Matteo Salvini. Speaking for the under-represented in European politics, Salvini declared this week, “I continue to believe that we don’t need sanctions. The issue of their removal unites all decent people.“ Salvini is tackling, head-on, the European political establishment in this week’s European parliamentary elections. And his raising the issue of lifting sanctions on Russia imposed over the reunification with Crimea is a massive attack on them. It means that ...

Another strange and convenient coincidence has occurred – as the US ratchets up tensions against Iran, Iran has fired a rocket near the US embassy in Iraq – for no reason! This must have been the secret plan that Iran has been planning for all these years… finally, it has come to fruition. Fox News: A large explosion was heard in central Baghdad on Sunday night after an apparent rocket attack on the Iraqi capital’s heavily fortified Green Zone but no casualties were reported, according to officials. The Iraqi Military said in a statement that a Katyusha rocket “fell in the middle of the Green Zone without causing any losses.” The Green Zone is where Iraqi ...

Amazon Tribe Wins Lawsuit To Save Half A Million Acres Of Rainforest

We all need to do our bit to save the rainforests, as they are super important to all life on the planet. They create so much oxygen to help keep us alive. The trees also use carbon dioxide, thereby reducing global warming. The Amazon Rainforest is the biggest in the world, but destruction happens at a faster rate each year. Luckily, people are starting to take notice and do something about its destruction. The latest people to do so are an Amazon tribe. The Waorani people are native to Ecuador and have lived there for centuries. In recent years, they have been fighting a legal battle against big oil that nobody thought they could win. The Ecuadorian government was planning to drill for ...

I can think of few publications of worth further to the left than the U.K. Guardian. It occasionally does good journalism, after all, and if you want to find out what British leftists who aren’t thinking for themselves are thinking, there are few sources that provide such a detailed guide. This may have contributed to why I wasn’t entirely surprised when The Guardian became one of the first major media outlets to officially ditch the terms “climate change” and “global warming” because they weren’t scary enough. “The Guardian has updated its style guide to introduce terms that more accurately describe the environmental crises facing the world,” ...

The AngloZionist Empire: a Hyperpower with Microbrains and No Cred Left

Last week saw what was supposed to be a hyperpower point fingers for its embarrassing defeat not only at Venezuela, which successfully defeated Uncle Shmuel’s coup plans, but also at a list of other countries including Cuba, Russia, China and Iran. It’s is rather pathetic and, frankly, bordering on the comically ridiculous. Uncle Shmuel clearly did not appreciate being the laughingstock of the planet. Click for Full Text!
