It will be twice as large as the Encyclopedia Britannica. The online encyclopedia will cover more than 100 disciplines and be put into use in 2018. Here are 24 issues that Washington and the media ignore. (Via TomDispatch) Donald Trumps election has elicited impassioned affirmations of a renewed commitment to unvarnished truth-telling from the prestige media. The common theme: you know you cant trust him, but trust us to keep dogging him on your behalf. The New York Times has even unveiled a portentous new promotional slogan: The truth is now more important than ever. For its part, the Washington Post grimly warns that democracy dies in darkness, and is offering itself as a source of illumination now that the rotund figure of the 45th president has produced the political equivalent of a total ...

PressTV... Following Saudi deputy crown prince's comments about moving the battle to Iran, Defense Minister Brigadier General Hossein Dehqan says if the Saudis do anything stupid, the Iranian army will hit back and destroy all of the kingdom -- apart from Mecca and Medina. Dehqan gave the warning in an interview broadcast on Arabic-language Al-Manar TV on Sunday in response to remarks made by Saudi deputy crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, who said any battle between Riyadh and Tehran would take place on Iranian soil. "We will work to have the battle in Iran rather than in Saudi Arabia," prince Mohammed had said. We warn them against doing anything ignorant, but if ...

The information in leaked emails which Wikileaks now claims are authentic, is damning. French Presidential candidate Emmanuel Macron may not be the boring ex- Rothschild banker turned aspiring war criminal that hes lead us to believe he is. New information gathered by online researchers and published by Milo Yiannopoulos has shown that Macron may be addicted to a dangerous drug, may be engaged in secret homosexual relationships and may have had private alcohol fuelled parties paid for by the Rothschild bank. 1. Drugs Leaked emails have shown an alleged conspiracy to cover-up drug deals procured by senior Macron campaign manager Alain Tourret. Tourret ordered 3-Methylmethcathinone ...

Experience: my dog rescues cats Post Date: 2017-05-06 13:21:21 by Horse

Molly is the worlds first trained cat detection dog. Her job is to rescue missing moggies. We had been looking for a dog with a particular temperament and intelligence to join our team of pet detectives for 18 months. We had scouts out and had spoken to the countrys top breeders. We needed a quick learner; one small enough to fit into the nooks and crannies cats hide in. Mostly, we needed a dog with no desire whatsoever to chase cats. I came up with the idea in 2014. I had been doing the job for 20 years and my business, Pet Detectives, was getting around 30 calls a week about missing cats. When cats go to ground, they go into a comatose-like state and if they are not found ...

After 9 gigabytes of Macron-linked documents and emails were released on an anonymous pastebin website on Friday afternoon in what Macron's campaign said was a "massive and coordinated" hacking attack, France - fearing a similar response to what happened with Hillary Clinton after 35,000 John Podesta emails were released one month before the US presidential election - cracked down on the distribution of the files, warning on Saturday it would be a "criminal offense" to republish the data, and warning the French media not to publish content from any of the hacked emails "to prevent the outcome of the vote being influenced." Quoted by Reuters, the French ...
China's Plan To Subvert The Global Dollar Standard Post Date: 2017-05-06 13:02:55 by Horse

If nothing else, the Chinese have a sense of history and destiny. They have had a glorious past, stretching back millennia, and once controlled most of the Asian heartland in the days of Genghis and Kublai Khan. But even then, China was essentially inward-looking, protecting her own cultural values. Trade with Europeans in the centuries following Marco Polos visit was mostly at the behest of European travelers, not the Chinese. She exported her art and culture to visitors, and did not import European values. This was a mistake, implicitly recognized by Chinas current leadership. This time, China has embraced Western thinking and technology to further her own progress. The ...

The problem is that the world has listened to Americans for far too bloody long. Dr. Julian Osborne, from the 2000 film version of Nevil Shutes 1957 book, On the Beach A reader asked why neoconservatives push toward nuclear war when there can be no winners. If all die, what is the point? The answer is that the neoconservatives believe that the US can win at minimum and perhaps zero damage. Their insane plan is as follows: Washington will ring Russia and China with anti-ballistic missile bases in order to provide a shield against a retaliatory strike from Russia and China. Moreover, these US anti-ABM bases also can deploy nuclear attack missiles unknown to ...

PressTV... Iraqi Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi says US military forces will not stay on in his conflict-stricken Arab country once government forces, backed by volunteer fighters from Popular Mobilization Units, retake swathes of land that are still under the control of Takfiri Daesh terrorists. Abadi, in a statement released on Friday, announced that there are no foreign combat troops on Iraqi soil, but there are military advisers and experts from a number of countries. The statement further dismissed the Associated Press report on talks between Iraq and the United States on maintaining American forces in the country. The US combat mission in Iraq ended in 2010, when former president ...

Why did Trump bomb Cheyrat? Post Date: 2017-05-05 04:34:35 by Horse

Contrary to appearances, the US administration, far from behaving erratically, is attempting to define the framework for its foreign policy. President Donald Trump is negotiating with a spokesperson for the deep State which has been governing his country since 11 September 2001 - and it would seem that they have found the conditions for an agreement, whose details are still to be specified. Members of the administration will have to clarify the White Houses new foreign policy at the end of May, before a Congressional Committee. Duuring the bombing of Cheyrat, I observed that it was no more than a show of power, and that the Secretary of State had used the attack to bring pressure to ...

MINSK, April 21 (Xinhua) -- Belarus intends to become one of the key hubs of the new Silk Road in the Eurasian region, President Alexander Lukashenko said Friday during his annual state of the nation address. Belarus can not stay away from the China-proposed Belt and Road Initiative and wants to make the maximum use of the incentives offered by China to promote the revival of the ancient Silk Road trade routes, the Belarusian leader said. Lukashenko noted a distinctive feature of this initiative is that China is investing colossal funds in the development of the countries along the Belt and Road. The Chinese people have "made the right decision" based on the current ...
Putin Proclaims Turkey Relations Fully Restored After He Gets More From Erdogan Than He Gives at Sochi Summit Post Date: 2017-05-05 03:43:44 by Tatarewicz

RI... The Syria plan the pair agreed on sounds a lot more like Erdogan's ideas for Syria but is actually the same scheme Russia has been proposing all along Hosting Erdogan in Sochi Putin told the press afterwards that Russian-Turkish relations are now fully recovered. Sure enough the pair voiced support for establishment of "de-escalation zones" that would cover the four major rebel-held enclaves (Idlib, Homs, Ghouta, Darayya) which sounds a lot like the "safe zones" Erdogan has been talking up for a while. Except that under the hood of these "de-escalation zones" lies the deal Russians had for rebels and their backers all along: The proposal also says ...
White South Africans Are Preparing For "Removal of All Whites Within Five Years" Post Date: 2017-05-04 16:47:48 by Horse

Back in March, the President of South Africa made a shocking suggestion, which left many white landowners fearing that they may face a race war in the near future. In a speech, Jacob Zuma announced that he wanted the government to begin confiscating white owned lands, before redistributing them to black South Africans. Zuma wants a pre-colonial land audit of land use and occupation patterns to help decide which lands need to be taken, and has said that We need to accept the reality that those who are in parliament where laws are made, particularly the black parties, should unite because we need a two-thirds majority to effect changes in the constitution. Damned Lies and Statistics About Black-On-White Farm Murders In South Africa Post Date: 2017-05-04 08:28:23 by Ada

Farming in South Africa is the most dangerous occupation in the world. Farmers there suffer more murders per-capita than any other community on earth outside a war zone. Since the dawn of democracy in the country, farming South Africa has been slaughtered by black South Africans in ways that would do Shaka Zulu[*] proud. The Transvaal Agricultural Unions numbers (purported to be the most reliable) are bolstered by Genocide Watch. (I wrote about this here.) By this assessment, South African farmers were being exterminated at the annual rate of 313 per 100,000 inhabitants, 3,000 since the election of the sainted Nelson Mandela (1994), two a week, seven in March of 2010, four ...

May 3 (UPI) -- North Korea accused the South of engaging in "military hostilities" and demanded Seoul put an immediate end to what it described as a threat at its border. The statement critical of Seoul's policies comes at a time when millions of South Koreans are headed to the polls to elect a new president. Pyongyang's propaganda outlet Uriminzokkiri issued the message on Thursday, local time, charging South Korea's caretaker government with "following the United States, while denying a unitary [Korean] people." "The South Korean authorities should abandon all military hostilities that threaten the peace and security of the Korean peninsula," ...
Going Off the Rails? Post Date: 2017-05-04 06:11:07 by Ada

Trump risks a big backlash if he reneges on his campaign promises. Four issues got Donald Trump elected president: immigration, free trade, political correctness, and the quest for American world hegemony along with the wars that it spawned. If he is to be reelected, he must deliver on all four. Unfortunately, on the fourth issue, wars of hegemony, it appears his young administration is already going off the rails. Instead of an innovative foreign and defense policy, what we have seen so far is more of the same. Soon after his first appointments in these areas, we saw his officials race around the world to assure our allies that nothing would change. Those allies are holdovers from the ...

China's credit system expanded "too recklessly and too quickly," and "it's beginning to unravel," warns Hayman Capital's Kyle Bass. Crucially, Bass notes that ballooning assets in Chinese wealth management products are another sign of a looming credit crisis in the nation. "Some of the longer-term assets aren't doing very well," Bass said on Bloomberg TV from the annual Milken Institute Global Conference in Beverly Hills, California. "As soon as liabilities have problems - meaning the depositors decide to not roll their holdings - all hell breaks loose." The wealth management products, or WMPs, have swelled to $4 trillion in assets ...

Julian Assange has fired back at Hillary Clinton, branding her the butcher of Libya in a scathing response to the former presidential candidate's labeling of WikiLeaks as Russian WikiLeaks. Clinton claimed to take absolute personal responsibility for her loss, adding that she was on the way to winning until a combination of Jim ...
The Existential Question of Whom to Trust Post Date: 2017-05-03 16:20:14 by Ada

Special Report: An existential question facing humankind is whom can be trusted to describe the world and its conflicts, especially since mainstream experts have surrendered to careerism, writes Robert Parry. The looming threat of World War III, a potential extermination event for the human species, is made more likely because the worlds public cant count on supposedly objective experts to ascertain and evaluate facts. Instead, careerism is the order of the day among journalists, intelligence analysts and international monitors meaning that almost no one who might normally be relied on to tell the truth can be trusted. Secretary of State Colin Powell addressed the ...

A SHOCKING 14 million French voters are planning to hand in blank protest votes on Sundays final election in a move that could propel Marine Le Pen to become the countrys president. The voters feel disenchanted with the state of French politics and feel that neither anti-migrant Marine Le Pen or centrist Emmanuel Macron represent them. Some voters have said the two candidates are comparable to choosing between plague and cholera. This is the first time since 1958 that the traditional left and right are absent in the second round of the election contest. According to polls from the Cevipof, up to 32 per cent of French people will not vote, which would be the ...
