Food Safety Act And The Federal Death Administration
Post Date: 2010-12-05 15:51:32 by Original_Intent

For those who don't know, the now stalled Senate bill S. 510, the alleged Food Safety and Moderinzation Act, will give unprecedented power over the food supply in this country to a group of mass murderers: The Federal Drug Administration. The FDA is responsible for tens of thousands of deaths after approving dangerous drugs and lethal cocktails taken by tens of millions of Americans who either have no access to the truth about the FDA or are so gullible and trusting, they believe a stamp of "safe" by that evil agency means it's okay to take their approved drugs. Advocates of S. 510 use arguments that pale in comparison to the deaths caused by the FDA: "According to ...

More soldiers than ever are on drugs that have been linked to suicide and violent behavior. In 2009 there were 160 active duty suicides, 239 suicides within the total Army including the Reserves, 146 active duty deaths from drug overdoses and high risk behavior and 1,713 suicide attempts. In addition to suicide, other out-of-character behavior like domestic violence is known to erupt from the drugs. More troops are dying by their own hand than in combat, according to an Army report titled "Health Promotion, Risk Reduction, Suicide Prevention." Not only that, but 36 percent of the suicides were troops who were never deployed. The unprecedented suicide rates are accompanied by an ...

Short index finger points to prostate cancer

The length of a man's fingers can provide clues to his risk of prostate cancer, according to new research. A British Journal of Cancer study found men whose index finger was longer than their ring finger were significantly less likely to develop the disease. Researchers made the discovery after comparing the hands of 1,500 prostate cancer patients with 3,000 healthy men. The length of the fingers is fixed before birth and is thought to relate to sex hormone levels in the womb. Being exposed to less testosterone before birth results in a longer index finger and may protect against prostate cancer later in life, say researchers at the University of Warwick and the Institute of Cancer ...

NaturalNews) Problem, reaction, solution: that's the name of the game in the U.S., and it's how sweeping changes that would otherwise never happen end up coming to pass. Currently, a widespread pest problem among citrus plants known as "greening" allegedly threatens the continued existence of orange fruit production, and the only way to fix it, say some, is to genetically-alter orange trees to resist the pest. A recent report in Reuters explains that the Huanglongbing (HLB) bacteria, or "yellow dragon disease", is ravaging orange groves throughout Florida. The disease was first identified in China more than 100 years ago, and it has now somehow spread to the ...

Could TA-65 Reverse Old Age?

Could TA-65 Reverse Old Age? By Steve Christ Wednesday, December 1st, 2010 Every morning when my feet hit the floor, I'm hit with the cold, hard truth from the cleat of reality. After a good night's sleep, my body squeaks invariably and groans a bit like the Tin Man without his oil can. Hunched over and achy, it takes me a while to get me going... Working out the kinks reminds me why old folks tend to be a bit on the grumpy side. After all, they don't call them your “glory days” for nothing. When they are gone, they are gone for good. To make matters worse, I know that at just 47, I'm something of a youngster on the oldster scale. That means the daily ...

Now known as the “Worldwide Water Conspiracy,” tonight’s episode of Conspiracy Theory with Gov. Jesse Ventura will take on water privatization, false scarcity profit schemes, the effects of fluoride, lithium and uranium in drinking water and much more. “WORLDWIDE WATER CONSPIRACY” PREMIERES TONIGHT, FRIDAY DEC. 3 AT 10 PM EST / 9 PM CST. A team of organ specialists will have about 20-minutes after a cardiac-arrest patient is declared dead to arrive at the home, check a donor registry, determine medical eligibility, obtain a family member's consent and get the person into a specialized ambulance. A special team will monitor 9-1-1 calls about people in danger of dying and they will travel directly to a person's home without being ...

Potatoes could save your life

(NaturalNews) The commonly held conceptions regarding potatoes as unhealthy are basically false. Their health promoting properties are mostly unknown or ignored. Excluding French fries and potato chips, potatoes are considered super foods by some. There are rising concerns about potential food shortages within this free fall economy. The fact that nutritionally dense potatoes are easy to grow year around in small lots, even flower boxes, offers another solution to this dilemma. Lots of Nutrition, Even Protein! Too much attention is paid to the starch content and somewhat high glycemic index of potatoes, which is manageable unless you`re a sugar freak or diabetic. What's ignored is ...

Radiation Worries for Children in Dentists’ Chairs

Because children and adolescents are particularly vulnerable to radiation, doctors three years ago mounted a national campaign to protect them by reducing diagnostic radiation to only those levels seen as absolutely necessary. It is a message that has resonated in many clinics and hospitals. Yet there is one busy place where it has not: the dental office. Not only do most dentists continue to use outmoded X-ray film requiring higher amounts of radiation, but orthodontists and other specialists are embracing a new scanning device that emits significantly more radiation than conventional methods, an examination by The New York Times has found. Designed for dental offices, the device, ...

Tom is guilty. Anyone remember Tom sending homeland security after the wayward Texas Dems? Or the special session of congress to decide what was best for Terry Schiavo? The Terry Schiavo that had builima which was the primary cause for her 13 year coma, the only thing that topped Tom Delay's inane acts would be Bill Frist and his diagnosis/prognosis from watching the video of her parents whispering to her and getting eye movement, which is exactly what happens when you blow on anyone's eyes. That event was the straw that broke the back of Congress credibility, imo.

New prostate cancer drugs

A new treatment for prostate cancer called Provenge won a vote of confidence from a Medicare coverage advisory committee Wednesday, suggesting the federal program is likely to pay for the $93,000-per-patient medicine," The Wall Street Journal reports. The committee's health industry experts, doctors and researchers "found enough evidence to support the use of the medicine for late-stage prostate-cancer patients whose disease has metastasized, but not for those whose cancer hasn't progressed." Its maker, Dendreon, says 100,000 Americans have advanced prostate cancer, the condition for which the FDA approved the treatment in April 2010. Medicare usually covers ...

Cathy Bossi lives in south Charlotte and has been a flight attendant for the past 32 years, working the past 28 for U.S. Airways. In early August Bossie was walking through security when she says she was asked to go through the new full body-scanners at Concourse "D" at Charlotte Douglas International. She reluctantly agreed. As a 3-year breast ...

Latinos Are Genetically Predisposed to Fatty Liver Disease

Latinos Are Genetically Predisposed to Fatty Liver Disease We know sugar is bad for you. But now a new study shows that it is even worse for many Latinos. A new study out of USC find that Latinos are genetically predisposed to have increased liver fat when they eat sugar, Dr. Bruce Hensel reported. Rosa Angel got a good look at her liver recently -- and it wasn't a pretty picture. "My fat, is very fat on my liver. It's 2 % fat, which is very high," she said. Rosa has a genetic variation that makes it harder for her liver to break down fat - especially when she eats a lot of sugar. Research shows that 49% of Latinos have this gene variation. It's all part of a study ...

A Simple Way to Tell if Your Produce is Organic November 16, 2010 by Bob Livingston You’ve probably noticed those tiny stickers that appear on almost all fruits and vegetables. These stickers contain bar codes for the checkout clerk, but they also contain a secret the store might not want you to know. Nutritionist Karma Metzgar of the University of Missouri writes that these stickers also tell you if the fruit is organic or genetically modified. On conventionally grown, non-organic fruit, the sticker has only four numbers. Organically grown fruit has a five-numeral code, which begins with the number nine. Since organic fruits and vegetables now have to be in separate areas in ...
