An Allegory Post Date: 2010-06-20 19:09:37 by abraxas

An Allegory I leaned from the low-hung crescent moon and grasping the west pointing horn of it, looked down. Against the other horn reclined, motionless, a Shining One and looked at me, but I was unafraid. Below me the hills and valleys were thick with humans, and the moon swung low that I might see what they did. "Who are they?" I asked the Shining One. For I was unafraid. And the Shining One made answer: "They are the Sons of God and the Daughters of God." I looked again, and saw that they beat and trampled each other. Some times they seemed not to know that the fellow-creature they pushed from their path fell under their feet. But sometimes they looked as he fell ...

Obama's religiosity has been the subject of discussion since before he was elected and his Chicago-area pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright, delivered a "God d--- America" sermon that was caught on video. Obama later claimed to be a Muslim in a television interview where the interviewer corrected his "misstatement" ...

MONROE, Ohio A six-story-tall statue of Jesus Christ with his arms raised along a highway was struck by lightning in a thunderstorm Monday night and burned to the ground, police said. The "King of Kings" statue, one of southwest Ohio's most familiar landmarks, had stood since 2004 at the evangelical Solid Rock Church along Interstate 75 in Monroe, just north of Cincinnati. The lightning strike set the statue ablaze around 11:15 p.m., Monroe police dispatchers said. The sculpture, 62 feet tall and 40 feet wide at the base, showed Jesus from the torso up and was nicknamed Touchdown Jesus because of the way the arms were raised, similar to a referee signaling a ...

JEWISH INROADS INTO BRITISH ROYALTY Remarks by The Hon. J. Thorkelson of Montana in the British House of Commons (Wednesday, August 21, 1940) JEWISH INROADS INTO BRITISH ROYALTY UP TO THE YEAR 1937 It has long been one of the Jewish methods in the attainment of world domination to penetrate into privileged circles where political power is greatest: Edward the First, by expelling the Jews in 1290, saved us from too early an application of this process in Britain, but the other countries were less fortunate and suffered the extinction of their nobility by Jewish women marrying into the Gentile aristocratic families. In Britain a few "damped" (baptized Christian) Jews remained in ...

As the nonprofit organization's president, Hagee drew $540,000 in compensation, as well as an additional $302,005 in compensation for his position as president of Cornerstone Church, according to GETV's tax statements. He also received $411,561 in benefits from GETV, including contributions to a retirement package for highly paid executives the IRS calls a "rabbi trust," so named because the first beneficiary of such an irrevocable trust was a rabbi. The John Hagee Rabbi Trust includes a $2.1 million 7,969-acre ranch outside Brackettville, with five lodges, including a "main lodge" and a gun locker. It also includes a manager's house, a smokehouse, a skeet ...
If Britain Discovered Her Identity - A Future Speech from the Throne Post Date: 2010-06-07 12:07:03 by AllTheKings'HorsesWontDoIt

If Britain discovered her identity Michael A Clark If Britain Discovered Her Identity A Future Speech from the Throne The people of the United Kingdom have spiritually drifted so far from their countrys traditional role as the worlds leading Christian nation that they have become demoralized and divided. Lacking the inspired vision of their Victorian grandparents, they have turned in upon themselves, rejecting the God of their fathers to sink ever deeper into a morass of immorality, religious syncretism and racial chaos. To imagine that such a degenerate people could discover their true identity and have the backbone to renounce their evil ways seems a highly ...
The American Coup d'Etat And The War For Jewish Supremacy Post Date: 2010-06-06 22:04:00 by Itistoolate

The critical issues of humankind are essentially religious. It is difficult to find any major conflict in history that did not have, at its roots, a burning religious belief. Religious beliefs are on the forefront today. What of Old Testament prophecies that the Jews will rule the Bible Lands? President Bush and the Christian Right have assured us of their religious motivations. They seem intent on having those lands in Jewish hands. Are the Jews the Chosen People of God, divinely ordained to be teachers, priests, and rulers over Gentiles? Or are Jews simply folks like the rest of us, with the same human failings, the same virtues and flaws, and subject to the same motivations, both noble ...

The Myth of a Judeo-Christian Tradition Post Date: 2010-06-02 18:53:32 by gengis gandhi

The Myth of a Judeo-Christian Tradition The following article from New Dawn Magazine No.23 Feb-March 1994. This is an age in which news has been superseded by propaganda, and education by brain-washing and indoctrination. From the advertising used to sell poor quality goods, to the classes in schools designed to make children into conditioned robots of the State, the art of persuasion has displaced the simple virtue of truth. Since the end of the Second World War we have been bombarded from all sides with references to the Western world's "Judeo-Christian religion," and "our Judeo- Christian heritage." We are told by both church leaders and scholars that our ...

How the Jews Changed Catholic Thinking Post Date: 2010-05-27 22:37:46 by X-15

For the simple tenets of their faith, most Roman Catholics rely on the catechism's hard questions and imprimatured answers. Children in Church schools memorize its passages, which they rarely forget the rest of their lives. In the catechism, they learn that Catholic dogma does not change and, far more vividly, that Jews killed Jesus Christ. Because of that Christian concept, for the past 20 centuries anti- Semitism spread as a kind of social disease on the body of mankind. Its incidence rose and fell, but anti-Semites were never quite out of style. The ill-minded who argued all other matters could still join in contempt for Jews. It was a gentlemen's agreement that carried into ...

"HEAVEN AND EARTH SHALL PASS AWAY" [...They did, by A.D. 70.] The Millennial Madness that is catching up the Evangelical and Fundamentalist branches of the church are about to wreak havoc upon mankind. The self-fulfilling prophesies which this false doctrine is setting in motion are frightening. This article goes a long way towards correcting the eschatological system found on the television, radio and thousands of books flooding the Christian market and even the secular world. May this short article be the beginning of open the eyes of many who have been blinded by the traditions of men which make the word of God of no effect."-- Gary Amirault "HEAVEN AND ...

TIBETAN spiritual leader the Dalai Lama says he's a Marxist, yet credits capitalism for bringing new freedoms to China, the communist country that exiled him. "Still I am a Marxist," the exiled Tibetan Buddhist leader said in New York, where he arrived today with an entourage of robed monks and a heavy security detail to give a series of paid public lectures. "(Marxism has) moral ethics, whereas capitalism is only how to make profits," the Dalai Lama, 74, said. However, he credited China's embrace of market economics for breaking communism's grip over the world's most populous country and forcing the ruling Communist Party to "represent all sorts ...
Can a Christian Kill for his government? Post Date: 2010-05-23 06:37:07 by Ada

This is a serious and controversial question to ask anytime, but especially in the midst of a war. But that is exactly what Bennie Lee Fudge did in 1943. I only know two things about Mr. Fudge: he was from Alabama and he wrote a book in 1943 called Can a Christian Kill for His Government? I suspect that he was a Church of Christ minister, but I dont know for certain. Fudge doesnt claim to be adding anything new to the subject of the Christians relationship to civil government and his participation in government wars, but says that his work "is an effort to collect in logical, systematic form, the principal arguments that have been presented by those who ...

The Bible: Embarrassing and True (Pt. 2) Frank Turek Friday, May 07, 2010 Do the New Testament documents tell the truth about what really happened in the first century? As I wrote in my last column, authors claiming to write history are unlikely to invent embarrassing details about themselves or their heroes. Since the New Testament documents are filled with embarrassing details, we can be reasonably certain that they are telling the truth. Notice that the disciples frequently depict themselves as dimwits. They fail to understand what Jesus is saying several times, and dont understand what his mission is about until after the resurrection. Their thick-headedness even earns their ...

The Bible: Embarrassing and True Frank Turek Thursday, May 06, 2010 What are your most embarrassing moments? You dont want to admit them. And if you do admit them, you certainly wont add to your shame by inventing embarrassing moments about yourself to make you look even worse. Whos going to lie to make himself look bad? People will lie to make themselves look good (especially politicians), but no one will lie to make himself look bad. Thats why when historical accounts contain events embarrassing to the authors (or heroes of the authors) those events are probably true. Historians call this the principle of embarrassment, and its one reason why I think the ...

This is a really good video. It helps you understand the 10th dimension. Now if you believe in M theory then there are 11 dimensions. While this is scientifically interesting, I actually post this for religious reasons. I think people's concept of God is too limited. Mind you I believe in God and believe he created the universe. He also works in our daily lives. But in order to be God he would have to exist outside space time, all 11 dimensions and be able to control them with a thought. Now contemplate the concept of being made in his image. How deep does that rabbit hole go, Alice?

THE PENTAGON HAD INVITED BILLY GRAHAMS SON, the Reverend Franklin Graham, to deliver the opening sermon for their National Day of Prayer service on May 6, 2010. The worship service, held as part of the chaplains regular program of multi-denominational religious events, was a joint effort between the National Day of Prayer Task Force and the Pentagon chaplains office. According to Army Colonel George Campbell, the Pentagons chaplain, the Reverend Franklin Graham had participated in Pentagon religious services at least twice in the past three years, attracting large crowds each time. Hes a big draw, Campbell said in an interview. Although ...
