Chinese In Mexico Followup--From The Truck Driver Himself Steve Note: The reason we post this information is to give a heads up. Others who provide their conjectures and google earth searches must keep in mind that google earth will block certain areas at the request of our government. The housing development is not the base. We asked some very real people to go and take a look and risk their lives. They reported back that the suspected bases were crawling with federal police and multiple security levels with lots of patrol vehicles. Obviously pilots or others are in a better position and vantage point to look. Keep in mind this is the most dangerous border in the world and you are again ...

Stunning Miss Ireland Emma Waldron told yesterday in a forthright interview how she will never let 'ignorant' racists affect her love for Nigerian boyfriend Manners Oshafi. Emma, 21, has been the victim of a vicious internet campaign because of her relationship with a black man and was forced to report an online poster targeting her with hateful and abusive racist comments. She recently found herself at the centre of a row after one person branded her 'disgusting' for dating a black man.

BEIJING, March 17 (Xinhuanet) -- A U.S. woman was arrested for drunken driving in Westminster, Colorado, after she drove up to a suspected DUI traffic collision and complained to officers about how they parked their patrol cars, media reported Thursday. The crash happened Sunday at the intersection of West 99th and 100th avenues in Westminster. Katherine Morse, 48, decided to pull up and stop at about 5:15 p.m. while officers were investigating a DUI-related crash. "Katherine Morse thought it was a terrible place for officers to conduct a traffic stop, so she herself stopped to check on the drunk driver she thought had been pulled over," says Westminster police spokesman ...

Active Patriot Groups in the United States in 2010 The Intelligence Project identified 824 anti-government Patriot groups that were active in 2010. Of these groups, 330 were militias, marked with an asterisk, and the remainder includes common-law courts, publishers, ministries and citizens groups. Generally, Patriot groups define themselves as opposed to the New World Order, engage in groundless conspiracy theorizing, or advocate or adhere to extreme antigovernment doctrines. Listing here does not imply that the groups themselves advocate or engage in violence or other criminal activities, or are racist. The list was compiled from ...

President Obama Goes to War - Without Congress Post Date: 2011-03-20 12:49:05 by Jethro Tull

Regardless of one's inclination toward the "freedom fighters" and the "monster" in Libya, or the wisdom of United States military intervention, there are certain formalities that are required, and that President Obama and his administration, including Secretary of State Clinton, appear determined to ignore, in violation of both the Constitution and United States Law. Article 1, Section 8 of the Constitution specifies that it is the Congress that has the power to declare war. United States Code (50 U.S.C. 1541-1548), the War Powers Act, specifically states that the president may undertake the use of military force only in the case of "... a national emergency ...

The UK government has proposed cuts of up to 70% to the feed in tariff for large scale solar energy production. The proposal would be implemented on the 1 August, reducing payments to farmers or owners of large commercial buildings. The industry has reacted with anger to the proposal. And investors have warned that cutting the scheme just a year after it was created will deter further investment in renewable energy. "The whole investor market was totally disengaged as a result of the feed in tariff being ripped up," said Ben Warren, partner with Ernst and Young, a consultancy. 'Absolute disaster' According to the government's proposal, , which is subject to ...

I dreamed that a friend and I met this man carrying around a turtle with an eerie, human-like face on it. We offered him $50 for it and he started waving around a pistol and ranting something about circuses and banks. Last we saw of him, he ran down a deserted country lane and ducked into a swamp. Go figure....

Dog in Japan stays by the side of its ailing friend in the rubble By Brett Michael Dykes It's a universal truth that dogs are man's best friend, but they're pretty darn loyal to their own as well. Case in point: this tear-inducing video, via the website Jezebel, showing a dog, shivering and disoriented, remaining loyally by the side of a stricken fellow canine amid the devastation of the Japanese tsunami. You can watch the video below: The video is a stark reminder that, as was the case when Hurricane Katrina devastated the Gulf Coast in 2005, there will likely be thousands of pets orphaned or involuntarily abandoned due to the catastrophe in Japan. If you'd like to ...

Alien NationTaking Back Los Angeles, Block by Block By James Kirkpatrick Marines battle aliens in Los Angeles cried the Washington Examiner Friday morning. As I hadnt had my coffee yet, as I stepped on the Metro, I briefly thought to myself that there had been a military coup during the night. Unfortunately, its just a movie, and these aliens come from outer space. As what used to be our country continues its decline into a barely controlled confederation of hostile ethnic fiefdoms, it is harder to make movies and games about villains that invade America without offending the hyphenated Americans that already invaded in real life. The only possibilities left are ...

MARCO ISLAND, Fla. (Newscore) - A Pennsylvania woman on vacation in Florida took a tip from two dolphins to save a lost Doberman Pinscher that got stranded on a sandbar. When Audrey D'Alessandro and her husband, Sam, walked out of their home on Marco Island, near Naples, Fla., to go fishing, "we saw these two dolphins, and they were splashing and making this big commotion" in a canal behind their vacation home, she said. Although it is not uncommon to see dolphins swimming through the canal on their way to the Gulf of Mexico, Audrey D'Alessandro said that this time, "they were just there, in one place, splashing water against the canal wall." When the ...
Signs of Atlantis found in southern Spain: scientists Post Date: 2011-03-15 02:16:23 by Tatarewicz

Scientists say they may have discovered the lost city of Atlantis buried deep under the marshlands of southern Spain. The legendary city is believed to have been "swallowed up by the sea," as the Greek philosopher Plato so famously put it 2,400 years ago. He wrote of a great city destroyed by floodwaters following an earthquake deep under the sea an image that resonates at a time when Japan is struggling to recover from a devastating earthquake and tsunami off its northeast coast. A National Geographic television special that aired on Sunday details the work of American, Canadian and Spanish scientists as they attempt to prove Atlantis existed by following up on space ...

NOTE: We received the following link from Ms. Nenah Sylver and found it of such importance that we are posting it hoping that the author will contact us so we can give full attribution. -ed Below is a science fair project that my granddaughter did for 2006. In it she took filtered water and divided it into two parts. The first part she heated to boiling in a pan on the stove, and the second part she heated to boiling in a microwave. Then after cooling she used the water to water two identical plants to see if there would be any difference in the growth between the normal boiled water and the water boiled in a microwave. She was thinking that the structure or energy of the water may be ...
China's prosperity creates kitchen waste recycling problems Post Date: 2011-03-13 00:16:41 by Tatarewicz

BEIJING, March 12 (Xinhua) -- Rotten potatoes and unwanted chicken wings represent a novel form of energy, otherwise they could risk food safety, said two Chinese political advisors who called for legislation against improper handling of kitchen waste. "The legislature should make laws to guarantee that kitchen waste is properly treated and recycled into assets," said Yao Aixing, a member of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), the top political advisory body. Yao's proposal came at a time when most Chinese people, who have more disposable income, seem to be less thrifty when consuming food. FOOD SAFETY CONCERNS Yao ...
