SO ok, today i've learned by my upstairs neighbor that the perp living at the appt beside him kicked the bucket about a week ago. I've noticed that for 3 days, he was unusually quiet but I figured, he might have finally gone out with his family some place. Then the walking resumed as his usual hours. The guy, lets call him Mike, was a recluse and a hoarder no less but I saw him a couple of times in the hallway while getting mail and he seemed nice enough, a quiet fellaw. Pete my upstairs neighbor was trying to draw Mike outside in the world but Mike was living on teh internet, literally, it had become his world. Now what is freaking me out is that I can still hear him walk ...

THE European Union (EU) has been forced to drop controversial plans to deport failed asylum seekers who do not have passports after African countries blocked the move. European leaders offered more than US$1billion aid in a bid to persuade their African counterparts to take back tens of thousands of illegal migrants. But a migration summit in Valletta, Malta, descended into farce after the Africans rejected the EU plan to expel those who do not qualify for asylum using special papers. The ‘laissez passer’ travel documents issued to Africans without identification are aimed at easing their return back to countries they left or travelled through. Under the proposal, EU countries ...

Dog owner Tiffany Hull said about six weeks ago one of the females, a kelpie mix named Chaos, brought a kitten in her mouth from the family's backyard. Though Chaos is a hunter – she has killed chipmunks and birds – the kitten was unharmed. Hull's boyfriend put the kitten back on the other side of the fence, where he thought the kitten's mother might live. But later that night, the dog brought another kitten – and friends of the family took it home. Next day, the couple found the original kitten ...
