SO ok, today i've learned by my upstairs neighbor that the perp living at the appt beside him kicked the bucket about a week ago. I've noticed that for 3 days, he was unusually quiet but I figured, he might have finally gone out with his family some place. Then the walking resumed as his usual hours.
