At least 12 people, including nine foreigners, have been killed in a car bomb attack that hit a minivan carrying foreigners to Afghanistan’s Kabul International Airport, Press TV reports. The attack took place on the eight-lane highway in front of a wedding hall in the Afghan capital on Tuesday.
