Voodoo practitioner tries to jinx Bush
Post Date: 2006-11-16 11:00:41 by Eoghan

BOGOR, Indonesia - A renowned black magic practitioner performed a voodoo ritual Thursday to jinx President George W. Bush and his entourage while he was on a brief visit to Indonesia. Ki Gendeng Pamungkas slit the throat of a goat, a small snake and stabbed a black crow in the chest, stirred their blood with spice and broccoli before drank the "potion" and smeared some on his face. "I don't hate Americans, but I don't like Bush," said Pamungkas, who believed the ritual would succeed as, "the devil is with me today." He said the jinx would sent spirits to posses Secret Service personnel guarding Bush and left them in a trance, leading them into falsely ...

WASHINGTON, DC—After months of aggressive campaigning and with nearly 99 percent of ballots counted, politicians were the big winners in Tuesday's midterm election, taking all 435 seats in the House of Representatives, retaining a majority with 100 out of 100 seats in the Senate, and pushing political candidates to victory in each of the 36 gubernatorial races up for grabs. Prominent politicians from across the country celebrate the election results. While analysts had been predicting a possible sweep for months, and early exit-poll numbers seemed favorable, politicians reportedly exceeded even their own expectations, gaining an impressive 100 percent of the overall national vote. ...

149. To: Goldi-Lox (#19) "For everyone of you who voted to "show Bush" the responsibility for this rests ENTIRELY ON YOU...and I for one, will not ever let up or let you forget it." We only get to vote for one representative and one senator, so your spiel about how some of us threw them ALL out is just BS. If more than 1/3 of the senators had been up for re-election a bunch more of them would have undoubtedly been thrown out too. Bush is head of the executive branch of gov't. He has all the tools he needs to get rid of the illegal aliens. Bush DOESN'T need Congress to enforce the law. Bush handed Congress a surrender package to debate and they agreed to debate it ...

Political Philosophies Libertarian Libertarians are self-governors in both personal and economic matters. They believe government's only purpose is to protect people from coercion and violence. They value individual responsibility, and tolerate economic and social diversity. Left-Liberal Left-Liberals prefer self-government in personal matters and central decision-making on economics. They want government to serve the disadvantaged in the name of fairness. Leftists tolerate social diversity, but work for economic equality. Centrist Centrist favor selective government intervention and emphasize practical solutions to current problems. They tend to keep an open mind on new issues. Many ...

(Coral Snake) This is a really great reply to Doug from Upland at FreeRepublic about the subkect of libertarianism that reallt tells it all on the importance of Gun Rights. To: Matchett-PI The Libertarian Party is for totally open borders and not defending our country. They are a problem, not a solution. 43 posted on 11/08/2006 8:26:10 AM PST by doug from upland [ Post Reply | Private Reply | To 1 | View Replies | Report Abuse ] To: doug from upland and not defending our country. That, is an outright lie. In fact, allowing completely unrestrained RKBA would do more to prevent crime and terroism here in the US than Bush's TSA and Homeland Security Departments ever could. 45 posted on ...

1. To: NMC_EXP (#0) Vice President Dick Cheney has said that the insurgents in Iraq have increased the level of attacks to influence the outcome of the midterm U.S. congressional elections. I think he's right. The Muslims know how fickle we are. They know we can't stay focused more than a few weeks. They know we have a short attention span, and won't finish what we start. AND they know that women here vote. Soft hearted, soft headed women, who run from war as fast as they can. They know all they have to do is kill a few more American soldiers, and our treasonous reporters will do their work for them, and the propaganda will be all over the papers, and on the TV. And the whining women ...

Coral Snake's Bites of the Week 31 (Religious Right hypocricy, Big brother comes to grammar school, Shrubya and A-Bombs for Dummies and a way to deal with Diebold this election) This week we will be covering a lot of ground before the election. First on tap will be the revelations about outed gay and drug using "Religious Right" leader Ted Haggard, then we go to the source of Mr. Haggard's and many others' false doctrines, Cryrus Ingerson Schofield. We will also be looking at the "Cashless ID Society" System coming to public schools in Santa Barbara California and an innovative way some DemocraticUnderground posters are going to deal with the Diebold voting machines in ...

The Trouble With Men

I sometimes think that the defects of men, and the virtues of women, are equally understated. An unreconstructed male will say that men have invented all sorts of things and built this and that, which is true. Feminists measure themselves by the extent to which they manage to resemble men, which is a mistake. Both largely overlook the gravest plague to afflict humanity: the infernal and irremediable aggressiveness of males. When one speaks of being uneasy at having wandered into a bad neighborhood, it is solely from fear of attack by the males, is it not? If a woman’s car breaks down on a lonely road at night, she will be frightened of attack not by women or wild animals, but only by ...

Tiny Tim -- Tiptoe Through the Tulips

Poster Comment:I don't know the ages of most of the people here, so I have no idea how many are familiar with Tiny Tim. Yeah, I know he was a weirdo, but so what? There was something sweet and innocent about the guy, and when he got married on the Johnny Carson Show to "Miss Vicki" apparently half the world was watching. Most people don't know it, but Tiny Tim also could sing much lower than his falsetto voice. Nobody paid any attention to him, though, until he started falsetto -- and "Tiptoe Through the Tulips" is a perfect example of that. Too bad his singing could have never made it into "The Wizard of Oz." He would have fit perfectly.

Bush: Thousands Of Registered Democrats Needed For 'Extremely Important' Mission
Post Date: 2006-11-03 08:35:09 by Ferret Mike

WASHINGTON, DC—In a televised address to the nation Monday, President Bush announced that the U.S. is in "desperate need of thousands of registered Democrats" to conduct what he called an "extremely important mission" to begin immediately and continue at least until the first Tuesday after the first Monday in November. Bush lauded the "progressive American heroes" who he says will be vital in carrying out the mission. "This mission is absolutely vital, for the next week to 10 days will determine the future of our country," said Bush, who would not reveal what the operation entailed, only to say that it was "highly classified." ...
