Defending Yourself Against "Legal Fiction" February 6, 2010 (Editor's Note: Again, I don't pretend to understand this "legal fiction" argument, and welcome clarifications by knowledgeable readers.) by Rino The 'false allegation' industry also exists here in Australia. We need to draw back the curtain and begin to pay attention to the man behind the curtain. There are critical points to understand. Once the world went off the Gold standard, the people now in effect became dead to the Law.. All courts are courts belonging the central banks, being the creditor in any case. A Judge cannot see the substantive Law in relation to a man or woman's ...

Straight Talk on the Airways? Not Any More. [Peter Brimelow writes: The Federation for American Immigration Reforms annual Hold Their Feet To The Fire talk radio fest will be held in Washington D.C. next week. I was planning to go again, but just discovered, somewhat to my surprise, that I am not invited.] By "Edward Bernays" The title of this article is taken from a 1999 cover story in Jared Taylors American Renaissance about talk radio. The main point of the article: talk radio had emerged as one of the few places where Americans could freely discuss racial issues. AR noted: In a culture dominated by liberal assumptions, Americans ...

I am having trouble understanding a few parts of the constitution and the laws of today. Specifically , taxation, the 16th amendment and the supreme court ruling of 1895 Pollock v. Farmers Loan and Trust Co. Seriously , as a look into this, I find some severely fucked up shit. Section 9 of article 2 states "No capitation, or other direct, Tax shall be laid, unless in Proportion to the Census or Enumeration herein before directed to be taken" Followed by "No Tax or Duty shall be laid on Articles exported from any State." Now as I read this, it seems clear that both income tax and many sales taxes are void. Income tax and sales tax being a direct tax and that ...

A CIA commander for the Libyan rebels By Patrick Martin Share 28 March 2011 URUK Net WSWS T he Libyan National Council, the Benghazi-based group that speaks for the rebel forces fighting the Gaddafi regime, has appointed a long-time CIA collaborator to head its military operations. The selection of Khalifa Hifter, a former colonel in the Libyan army, was reported by McClatchy Newspapers Thursday and the new military chief was interviewed by a correspondent for ABC News on Sunday night. Hifters arrival in Benghazi was first reported by Al Jazeera on March 14, followed by a flattering portrait in the virulently pro-war British tabloid the Daily Mail on March 19. The ...

Political Prisoners in America: A Shocking Example of Mistreatment - by Stephen Lendman A personal note. Writing about America's political prisoners is essential to defend freedom, justice, and other democratic values, especially wrongfully persecuted Muslims for political advantage. I communicate directly with five notable victims, all of whom I greatly respect, including: -- attorneys Lynne Stewart and Paul Bergrin; -- Yassin Aref; -- Dr. Rafil Dhafir; and -- Shukri Abu-Baker. I've also written about them all, discussed them on the Progressive Radio News Hour, and am committed to help achieve justice so far denied them. This article concerns Abu-Baker, after Rafil Dhafir ...

SHOCKING AUDIO: Philadelphia Police violate rights of open carrier at gunpoint Post Date: 2011-03-27 13:56:01 by freepatriot32

videos at end of thread Listen as a citizen exercising his 2nd amendment right to legally bear arms was violently assaulted by Philadelphia Police with no cause. In Pennsylvania carrying a gun is not reasonable suspicion of a crime and not justification for a stop and search or a detainment. Open Carry is legal in Philadelphia with a valid license to carry firearms; openly carrying on foot is legal without a license everywhere else in Pennsylvania. "On a Sunday afternoon, a Pennsylvania resident was walking up Frankford Avenue in Philadelphia, bound for an auto parts store, and happened to be legally openly carrying a Glock pistol on his hip, under PA state law. A passing ...

Wadda Guy!!!! This is from a former Chicago lawyer now practicing law in Tyler, TX. https://www.iardc.org Stands for Illinois Attorney Registration And Disciplinary Committee. It's the official arm of lawyer discipline in Illinois; and they are very strict and mean as hell. (Talk about irony.) Big surprise. Former Constitutional Law Lecturer and U.S. President Makes Up Constitutional Quotes During State Of The Union (SOTU) Address. Consider this: 1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review, is no longer a "lawyer". He surrendered his license back in 2008 in order to escape charges he lied on his bar application. A "Voluntary Surrender" is ...

Friday, March 11, 2011 During a speech on February 16, 2011, at George Washington University by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, ex-CIA and war veteran Ray McGovern is violently hauled out of the room by police after merely standing silently with an anti-war T-shirt on. He was directly in front of Hillary about 10 yards away in plain sight. Not a peep from Hillary...just continues right on with her speech about "the importance of freedom of speech", citing the right of the Egyptian people to protest their government. McGovern was handcuffed, taken to the police station and put in a cell for three and a half hours, and charged with "disorderly conduct." War ...
Obama = Bush and Clinton at the Same Time Post Date: 2011-03-25 06:38:31 by Ada

I think I have figured out the new formula in presidential politics. The current president is essentially as bad as the last two combined. We might call this the "Presidential Fibonacci Sequence." Bush II was every bit as bad as his father, with the addition of Clinton mixed in. Life under Clinton was like living under Bush I and Reagan simultaneously. Bush the First was so horrible he was like Reagan and Carter were ganging up on American liberty. Maybe this is a flawed formula, but it does seem to hold in the current case. Let us consider the evidence. Obama is doing everything that his immediate predecessor did: Subsidizing the bubble economy, ratcheting up the regulatory ...

The Horrific Life of the Police Officer by Mark R. Crovelli Few people in the world seem to appreciate just how awful it is to be a government police officer. Its not that the job involves particularly physically demanding work, or that the job is particularly dangerous. In fact, the work is not nearly physically demanding enough (as the cop fatness problem demonstrates), and neither is it particularly dangerous (being a cop doesnt even make the top ten most dangerous jobs). Nor is the job terrible because of the unstated obligation to wear a tawdry mustache in public. Instead, what makes the job so horrific is the fact that it requires living a completely contradictory moral ...

'Zero tolerance' policies do lasting damage When a second teenager committed suicide after being suspended from school within two years, Fairfax County supervisors unanimously decided to step in and question public school officials about their "zero tolerance" disciplinary policies. Such an outside review is long overdue. On Jan. 20, 15-year-old W.T. Woodson High School football player Nick Stuban committed suicide after being suspended and recommended for expulsion for purchasing a legal substance that mimicked the effects of marijuana. In March 2009, Josh Anderson, a 17-year-old football player at South Lakes High School, killed himself two days before his second ...

How can the US be at WAR in three different countries with absolutely no "Declaration of WAR" by Congress? Judge Napolatano tonight asked both Ron Paul and Dennis Kasinich that question. They all were outraged that he went to the UN to get "approval" for the air strikes along with the fact that he did not ask Congress. Both Congressmen said he was more interested procedures pertaining to a World Government. tinyurl.com/abxywc Kasinich said he was going to bring up a bill/resolution asking if this was an IMPEACHABLE offense.

A ‘Unique’ Form of ‘Terrorism’ - New York Sun: Von NotHaus is guilty but Bernanke is innocent? Post Date: 2011-03-21 00:17:24 by HAPPY2BME-4UM

A Unique Form of Terrorism Here is a thought experiment concerning two men who have issued money. One issued gold and silver coins that will today bring more in dollars than he charged for them. The other issued paper notes that are today worth but a fraction the gold or silver they were worth at the time they were issued. One man is facing the possibility of years in prison after a federal jury found his issuing of money to have been a crime. The other man is walking around free and being treated by the authorities with great deference. Which is which? It turns out that the man walking free is Benjamin Bernanke, the chairman of the Federal Reserve. A one-dollar note ...
State Budget Battles Converge on Prison Labor Force Post Date: 2011-03-18 14:48:16 by Ada

Prison isn't just about doing hard time. For many, it's about working full-time, too. These days, state governments seem ready to squeeze their captive workforces to plug budget gaps on the cheap. From the chain gang to the gulag, labor in the prison population predates our modern labor regulations and to this day, remains relatively untouched by the legal protections afforded to regular workers. So in most states, prison work has come to be seen as a hybrid between conscript labor and rehabilitation, putting otherwise idle inmates to work on farms, manufacturing plants, and janitorial jobs. The New York Times reports that in many areas, laborers in prison uniforms are ...

Government photo of Aaron Tobey being held at Richmond International Airport on December 30 A 21-year-old Virginia man who wrote an abbreviated version of the Fourth Amendment on his body and stripped to his shorts at an airport security screening area is demanding $250,000 in damages for being detained on a disorderly conduct charge. Aaron Tobey claims in a civil rights lawsuit (.pdf) that in December he was handcuffed and held for about 90 minutes by the Transportation Security Administration at the Richmond International Airport after he began removing his clothing to display on his chest a magic-marker protest of airport security measures. Amendment 4: The right of the people ...
