Yesterday I traveled to Idaho. I was able to address Chief Justice Roberts during the question answer session after his lecture. There were numerous cameras recording this event and simultaneous feed broadcast to all the campuses of the University of Idaho. Roughly 5,000 people in all the campuses had an opportunity to hear what I had to say, it is in video archives and now everybody knows the truth and knows that leftist media thugs such as Seattle Washington Observer shamelessly twist the truth to fit their Pro Obama blind idiot agenda. It was a grueling day, I left home at 3 in the morning after sleeping only 3 hours and drove to San Diego, from there flew to Salt Lake City, from there ...

15 March A.D. 2009 First Part. This first part is a message to those who are obsessing over the obama-nation's Kenyan (British) nationality. If that's not you, just skip right over the first part and go to the second part. Yes, we're all being lied to about this. You are 100% correct; the obama-nation was not born in Hawaii. Now, please try to understand our legal reality: THERE IS NO ARTICLE II "RESIDENCY" OR "NATIONALITY" REQUIREMENT FOR ANY EXECUTIVE OFFICE IN THE "FEDERAL GOVERNMENT." Welcome to an insidious, wicked paradigm shift. Welcome to the Legal Reality confronting us in our immediate present. Second Part. Let's also address ...

David Holwerk: A constitutional convention? Is that cool or what? Well ... By David Holwerk, editorial page editor dholwerk@sacbee.com Published: Sunday, Mar. 15, 2009 - 12:00 am | Page 6E It's always dangerous to make predictions – just ask any of Bernie Madoff's clients or one of the top guys at Citi – but I'll make one anyway: There's a constitutional convention in California's future. Let me hasten to add that I had formed this opinion before Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger embraced the idea of a convention last week. And I have formed it without the aid of any inside information. I haven't seen any unpublished polling or anything of that sort. I'm ...

The Associated Press More News COLUMBIA, Mo. | A new document meant to help Missouri law enforcement agencies identify militia members or domestic terrorists has drawn criticism for some of the warning signs mentioned. The Feb. 20 report called "The Modern Militia Movement" mentions such red flags as political bumper stickers for third-party candidates, such as U.S. Rep. Ron Paul, who ran for president last year; talk of conspiracy theories, such as the plan for a superhighway linking Canada to Mexico; and possession of subversive literature. "It seems like they want to stifle political thought," said Roger Webb, president of the University of Missouri campus ...

Investigative reporter Seymour Hersh’s bombshell earlier this week that Vice President Dick Cheney controlled an “executive assassination ring” continues to reverberate throughout Washington, with Nixon aide John Dean going so far as to accuse the former VP of murder if the charges are true. MSNBC’s Keith Olbermann visited the issue on his show Countdown Thursday night where he discussed the legal implications of Hersh's allegations with Dean, who was White House legal counsel under President Richard Nixon. “It’s potentially a war crime,” Dean said of the reported assassination ring. “It’s potentially just outright murder and it’s ...

The global agenda is no longer under the veil. It is plainly in the open to experience but it takes a lot of social divisions to keep people from uniting against the “unionizing” (as in the “former” Soviet Union, the European Union, the North American Union) the takeover of the united States of Constitutional America. In other words, we the people have to be extraordinarily sidetracked or monumentally distracted to continue to overlook or ignore or pretend not to notice that something beyond comprehension has happened to our country. Let us, therefore, consider and consider well, that EVERYTHING that has occurred, including but not limited to our bankrupted states, the ...

Obama's Gun Ban List Is Out Alan Korwin - Author Gun Laws Of America GunLaws.com 3-12-9 Here it is, folks, and it is bad news. The framework for legislation is always laid, and the Democrats have the votes to pass anything they want to impose upon us. They really do not believe you need anything more than a brick to defend your home and family. Look at the list and see how many you own. Remember, it is registration, then confiscation. It has happened in the UK, in Australia, in Europe, in China, and what they have found is that for some reason the criminals do not turn in their weapons, but will know that you did. Remember, the first step in establishing a dictatorship is to disarm ...

Updating the Militarization and Annexation of North America - by Stephen Lendman The title refers to the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America (SPP), also known as the North American Union - formerly launched at a March 23, 2005 Waco, Texas meeting attended by George Bush, Mexico's President Vincente Fox, and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin. It's for a tri- national agreement, below the radar, for greater economic, political, and security integration with secret business and government working groups devising binding policies with no public knowledge or legislative debate. In short, it's a military-backed corporate coup d'etat against the sovereignty of ...

Pelosi dodges chance to end automatic pay raises

BY LAURIE KELLMAN, Associated Press Writer – 24 mins ago WASHINGTON – Congress' automatic pay raises are in little immediate danger of being scrapped for good, even with the economy slumping and millions of Americans unemployed. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi on Thursday would not commit to holding a vote on a bill to do away with the annual cost-of-living increases. She pointed out that Congress recognized the economic crisis by voting this week to skip next year's raise. In so doing, though, lawmakers defeated a Senate measure to abolish the automatic pay hikes and force them into the deep discomfort of casting actual votes to give themselves raises. No one is rushing to ...

In this lecture from the Intercollegiate Studies Institute, award-winning professor and historian Alan Charles Kors delivers an impassioned denouncement of socialism and ponders why the United States and other liberal democracies do not denounce socialism with the same fervor that is used in attacking Nazism. Professor Kors points out the atrocities of socialist and communist regimes throughout the 20th century and how they cost many more innocent lives than Hitler's Nazi government. He feels it is appalling that the crimes of Communist regimes are not taught along side the crimes of the Nazis in schools, and that the collapse of Communism is not commemorated with the same reverence as ...

At a “Great Conversations” event at the University of Minnesota last night, legendary investigative reporter Seymour Hersh may have made a little more news than he intended by talking about new alleged instances of domestic spying by the CIA, and about an ongoing covert military operation that he called an “executive assassination ring.” Hersh spoke with great confidence about these findings from his current reporting, which he hasn’t written about yet. In an email exchange afterward, Hersh said that his statements were “an honest response to a question” from the event’s moderator, U of M Political Scientist Larry Jacobs and “not something I ...

Victory In The House! -- But the land bill battle will continue Wednesday, March 11, 2009 Thanks to you, a bill expanding gun control on federal land was narrowly defeated Wednesday morning, March 11. The Omnibus Public Lands Act of 2009, S. 22, would have drastically increased the amount of land controlled by the National Park Service, thus subjecting such land to the anti-gun regulations of the agency. The bill was brought to the floor of the U.S. House on what is known as the "suspension calendar." This calendar is normally reserved for non-controversial bills. As such, any bill being passed under the suspension calendar requires a two-thirds majority of those voting. In ...

If you are a white heterosexual able-bodied male (WHAM), you need to understand that affirmative action is not about leveling a playing field. It is about leveling you. You need to comprehend, also, that you are already pretty much leveled. Even the most recent immigrant from the Third World arrives in the U.S. with more legal rights than you or your sons have. As a “person of color” the immigrant is admitted to universities and job-training programs on the basis of lower standards than are applied to you. He has the right to be hired and promoted ahead of you despite lesser qualifications for the job. He can sue you for discrimination for a variety of reasons—for example, ...

My Face -Off With a Federal Judge

The following is the official court transcript of my one-on-one face-off as a juror with a federal judge over the limits – or lack thereof, in his view – of the commerce clause of the United States Constitution. I have added some commentary in brackets and italics to explain more fully what was going on in the courtroom, but the transcript is otherwise unchanged. Here’s a quick background on the case: I was drafted into federal jury service a year ago and plunked into a mafia drug trial where the defendant was accused of "possession" of cocaine. The government made no attempt to prove anything had crossed a state line, and all the evidence indicated that he had no ...

"But he still was a criminal."Gettleman held Weis in contempt of court Wednesday for refusing to turn over the list. Two days later, Weis relented and handed them over. After receiving the list, Gettleman ...

(03-09) 11:26 PDT WASHINGTON, (AP) -- President Barack Obama has ordered a review of his predecessor's signing statements which often told officials how to implement laws. White House press secretary Robert Gibbs said Monday that Obama has sent memos to federal agencies directing them to review former President George W. Bush's signing statements. When signing legislation, Bush often would use such statements to direct officials to ignore parts of the law he thought were incorrect or restricted the administration's constitutional powers. Gibbs said presidents have used such statements to note potential problems and Obama planned to continue that practice. But Gibbs said ...

Supreme Court Turns Down New York City Case Against Gun

(03-09) 07:39 PDT WASHINGTON (AP) -- The Supreme Court has turned away pleas by New York City and gun violence victims to hold the firearms industry responsible for selling guns that could end up in illegal markets. The justices' decision Monday ends lawsuits first filed in 2000. Federal appeals courts in New York and Washington threw out the complaints after Congress passed a law in 2005 giving the gun industry broad immunity against such lawsuits. The city's lawsuit asked for no monetary damages. It had sought a court order for gun makers to more closely monitor those dealers who frequently sell guns later used to commit crimes. But the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled ...

You can't be a Christian and a torturer

I've run into a number of self-proclaimed Christians (both Catholic and Protestant) who openly proclaim they favor torture of detainees in the "war on terror." I've always thought that's a strange thing for a person whose Savior was tortured to death to say. Arguments in favor of torture are particularly troubling for Christians. Here's how pro-torture "Christians" typically start a conversation on torture: "I'm for torture. We've got to get information from detainees, and we aren't going to get anything from them if we Mirandize every detainee on the battlefield and give them an ACLU lawyer and a comfortable prison cell with cable ...

Sec. 3 reads: "Closure of Detention Facilities at Guantanamo. The detention facilities at Guantanamo for individuals covered by this order shall be closed as soon as practicable, ...
