Patriotic Alabamans objected and the DHS fascists pulled this page. Nevertheless, it does reveal their twisted mindset: Anti-government groups usually believe: Gun Control = Enslavement Constitution has been subverted The U.S. has lost its sovereignty Opposition to a strong federal government is not new. The first Continental Congress wrestled with this issue when they first created the Articles of Confederation before our present day Constitution. George Washington marched troops into Pennsylvania to uphold the power of the Federal Government to collect taxes. In fact, we fought a civil war over the issue of individual and states versus federal rights. Todays ...

Ken Rogers of Washougal, Washington was enjoying a visit with family in Kennewick and looking forward to some fishing when his slumber was rudely disturbed on the night of July 13, 2003. Rogers, a 54-year-old regional sales manager for Georgia-Pacific, was sleeping under the stars when a large dog suddenly vaulted over a wooden fence and sank its teeth into his left arm. Shocked and disoriented in the darkness, and not wearing his eyeglasses, Rogers struggled desperately to free himself from the dog, to no avail. A voice from the other side of the fence informed Rogers that the dog was the property of the Kennewick Police Department's K-9 Unit. Stop fighting the dog and I will ...

The Alabama Department of Homeland Security has taken down a Web site it operated that included gay rights and anti-war organizations in a list of groups that could include terrorists. The Web site identified different types of terrorists, and included a list of groups it believed could spawn terrorists. The list also included environmentalists, animal rights advocates and abortion opponents. The director of the department, Jim Walker, said his agency received a number of calls and e-mails from people who said they felt the site unfairly targeted certain people just because of their beliefs. He said he plans to put the Web site back on the Internet, but will no longer identify specific ...

Citing concerns over the girls home environment and her already lengthy juvenile record, Judge Michael Chmiel denied the girls request for home detention. Instead Chmiel ordered her held in the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center while the case is pending. The girls record, Chmiel said, features 13 contacts with police, including an ...

The Bush Family Oligarchy Funding The Hitler Project http://WatchPair.com 5-25-7 The rise of the Third Reich In 1933, shortly after Hitler's appointment as Chancellor of Germany, the German Parliament was set on fire by the Nazis and the Communists were blamed for this act of terrorism against the German people. Following the Nazi-inspired arson, Hitler exploited the outrage of the German citizens to arrogate to himself dictatorial powers, which he promised would be used to rid Germany of Communists. The next day, Chancellor Hitler demanded from the German cabinet an emergency decree which would enable him to deal decisively with the domestic crisis. President von Hindenburg signed ...

"Enhanced Interrogation Techniques" 25 May 2007 03:57 pm A reader writes: You asked "Second, of course, the hideous term: "enhanced interrogation techniques.' I'm not sure where exactly this came from..." Well, "enhanced interrogation techniques" is a fairly decent English translation of the Gestapo euphemism "verschaerfte Vernehmung" which was the code word for torture in the Third Reich. Look it up. The dictionary confirms it. So Dean Barnett is picking up his terms from the Gestapo. Way to go, Dean.

On May 7, Cryptome transferred its archives to Network Solutions, a move necessitated by a termination of service notice received from its previous Internet service provider, Verio, on April 18. U.S. funding Mexico's wiretaps By SAM ENRIQUEZ Los Angeles Times MEXICO CITY -- Mexico is expanding its ability to tap telephone calls and e-mail using money from the U.S. government, a move that underlines how the country's conservative government is increasingly willing to cooperate with U.S. on law enforcement. The expansion comes as President Felipe Calderon is pushing to amend Mexico's constitution to allow officials to tap phones without a judge's approval in some cases. Mexican authorities have been able to wiretap most telephone conversations and tap into e-mail for years, but the new $3 million Communications Intercept System being installed by Mexico's ...

Cheney Attempting to Constrain Bush's Choices on Iran Conflict: Staff Engaged in Insubordination Against President Bush There is a race currently underway between different flanks of the administration to determine the future course of US-Iran policy. On one flank are the diplomats, and on the other is Vice President Cheney's team and acolytes -- who populate quite a wide swath throughout the American national security bureaucracy. The Pentagon and the Intelligence establishment are providing support to add muscle and nuance to the diplomatic effort led by Condi Rice, her deputy John Negroponte, Under Secretary of State R. Nicholas Burns, and Legal Adviser John Bellinger. The ...

It's Official NAFTA Is a Treaty Jim Capo JBS Wednesday, May 23, 2007 It must be true. The editors of the Washington Post would never lie to us would they? Yesterday, while whining over lawmakers in the U.S. House having the temerity to re-assert their Constitutional authority to "regulate trade with foreign nations," the pro-globalist editors of the Washington Post made it official that as far as their paper of record is concerned, NAFTA is a treaty. Post editors let their willful ignorance of the Constitution slip while they were explaining their disdain for the elected representatives of the people, who last week passed the Safe American Roads Act of 2007. The act ...

Democrats to fund Iraq war with no pullout date Tue May 22, 2007 2:21PM EDT By Richard Cowan and Susan Cornwell WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President George W. Bush won a battle over funding the Iraq war as congressional Democrats on Tuesday abandoned troop withdrawal efforts for now but pledged to fight with new legislation in July. Senior congressional aides said a $100 billion war funding bill the U.S. Congress is trying to finish this week will not contain timetables for withdrawing most of the 147,000 U.S. troops from Iraq, as anti-war Democrats had hoped. On May 1, Bush vetoed Congress' first version of this year's emergency war funds bill because it set an October 1 deadline ...

And it also adds still more evidence for the bill of impeachment against Vice President Cheney which is growing every day, and which demands urgent Congressional attention. It has been the gnawing suspicion of many observers all along, as to the real reason that the White House, ...
