According to the FBI, Mexican drug cartels now distribute drugs in 2,500 U.S. cities and towns. Two cartel operatives (illegal aliens) sentenced for distributing drugs in Virginia On Friday, Rufino Oliva-Madrid, 34, and Jose Vasquez-Reyes, 45 were sentenced to 15 and 11 years in federal prison, respectively. Both were part of a cocaine ring which distributed drugs in Northern Virginia for a Mexican cartel.
