A 25-year-old illegal alien who already has a felony on his criminal record has been arrested in Kansas City, Mo. after allegedly carjacking two women — ages 91 and 63 — on Tuesday. Eduardo Irhneis Escobar was charged with first-degree robbery and armed criminal action, according to KCTV.
