CLEVELAND - A man accused of being a Nazi death camp guard lost an appeal Thursday fighting his deportation. John Demjanjuk, 86, of suburban Cleveland, was ordered deported in 2005 after the chief federal immigration judge determined he had served at several Nazi death camps during World War II. Demjanjuk has denied the allegation and still has the right to appeal in federal courts Thursday's ruling by the Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, Va. Specifics of the ruling were not immediately available. The board reviewed legal briefs in the case before dismissing Demjanjuk's appeal, said Elaine Komis, spokeswoman for the Executive Office for Immigration Review. "We ...

Abolishing the USA: the "Security and Prosperity Partnership" proposed by CFR elites and now adopted by the Bush administration would do precisely that October 3, 2005 by Jasper, William F." The United States of America is being abolished. Piecemeal. Before our very eyes. By our own elected officials--under the guidance and direction of unelected elites. Incredible? Certainly. But, unfortunately, true nonetheless. For decades, federal officials have ignored the pleas of American citizens to secure our borders against an immense, ongoing migration invasion that includes not only millions of "common variety" illegal aliens, but also drug traffickers, terrorists, ...

US applies Afghan war tactics on Mexican border

NACO, Ariz., Dec 20 (Reuters) - The United States has begun to apply tactics perfected in the war in Afghanistan to tighten control of the border with Mexico, using a mix of age-old hunting techniques and high-tech spy-in-the-sky surveillance. On the ground, U.S. Border Patrol agents on horseback, on foot, and in all-terrain vehicles scour the desert for the footprints of illegal border crossers so they can pursue and arrest them. "Tracking and signcutting are essential skills for us," said Border Patrol Agent Jeffrey Smith. "They are as old as time. What we do here is a mix of the very old and the very new." The wave of illegal crossings from Mexico has become a ...

A lawsuit was filed Tuesday against a Olive Garden restaurant on the Northeastside where nearly 400 diners recently became ill. The complaint filed in Marion Circuit Court on behalf of Diana K. Redman and Courtney A. Redman asks for the case to be certified as a class-action lawsuit and that the restaurant's operator compensate victims "for their damages and all other relief proper." The Redmans, identified as residents of Hamilton County, became ill with symptoms that included nausea, vomiting and diarrhea after eating at the Olive Garden, 6130 E. 82nd St., on Dec. 13. Court documents say the Marion County Health Department found norovirus in three of the restaurant's ...

What the Kurds can Teach Us

What the Kurds can Teach Us Whites must learn the importance of inclusive fitness. by Michael Rienzi The “O Tempora O Mores” item in the May issue of AR about the invasion of Italy by Kurdish illegal immigrants was quite revealing. The new strategy of these sea-borne invaders appears to be to threaten to throw their children into the sea, unless they are granted asylum. This is like a game of “chicken” in which whites always back down, let the invaders in, thus inviting endless repetition of the same tactic. This can be looked at from an evolutionary point of view; we can use the Italian-Kurd episode as an example of what is happening throughout the Western world, ...

The Anatomy of Ethnic Conflict

The Anatomy of Ethnic Conflict Finally, a scientific look at “diversity.” reviewed by Thomas Jackson Today, most of what passes for social science does not just ignore biology; it deliberately contradicts it. Among sociologists, it is virtually obligatory to assume that different outcomes for races, sexes, and even individuals have nothing to do with genetics but are caused by “oppression” or “injustice.” Likewise, ever since the end of the Second World War, the study of group conflict has ignored one of the most obvious and fundamental facts of human nature: tribalism. It has been the fashion to argue that groups compete along economic class lines and that ...

Raped in Oslo

Raped in Oslo From the desk of Fjordman on Wed, 2006-12-13 08:23 The number of rapes in the Norwegian capital Oslo is six times as high as in New York City. I’ve written about the issue of rape and Muslim immigration so many times that I am, quite frankly, a bit tired of the subject. But as we all know, problems don’t disappear just because you are tired of talking about them, so here goes. There has been an explosive increase in the number of rape charges in the city of Oslo, but both the media and the authorities consistently refuse to tell us why. They did do so, however, in 2001, when two out of Norway's three largest newspapers, Aftenposten and Dagbladet, reported that ...

I've been to the border quite a few times since my last thread, but this one is worth posting. On Friday night, there was only one other guy there, so we decided to fire up the truck and do some sight seeing at night. We drove past some known pick-up points and lo and behold, we come across a group of twenty future democrat voters. A call to the Border Patrol ensured that they would get to celebrate Christmas with their loved ones. From there, we went to another known crossing area and set up an observation post. The air was crisp, the sky was clear, and the temperature had a pucker factor of 8. Heard lots of noises, but the cold got the best of us and we went to the Indian casino for ...

A fence-building company in Southern California agrees to pay nearly $5 million in fines for hiring illegal immigrants. Two executives from the company may also serve jail time. The Golden State Fence Company's work includes some of the border fence between San Diego and Mexico. After an immigration check in 1999 found undocumented workers on its payroll, Golden State promised to clean house. But when followup checks were made in 2004 and 2005, some of those same illegal workers were still on the job. In fact, U-S Attorney Carol Lam says as many as a third of the company's 750 workers may have been in the country illegally. Golden State Fence built millions of dollars' worth ...

The following (of which I wrote nothing) is a very interesting piece, and shows, at least to me, that illegal immigration has been part of the plan of the US government all along. It is this easy to stop, just as this man writes. Richard The state legislators can stop illegal immigration The federal government has failed, and refused, to secure out borders. Yet we should all know that pests will not infest a house where they cannot obtain what they need to live. Here is the plan: EACH STATE SIMPLY PASSES A STATE LAW THAT IT IS ILLEGAL TO PROVIDE ANYTHING WHATSOEVER TO AN ILLEGAL ALIEN. From the government sector: It shall be illegal, by STATE LAW, to provide anything at all to ...

111,000 IMMIGRATION FILES LOST TENS OF THOUSANDS GET CITIZENSHIP WITHOUT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION By James P. Tucker Jr. December 18, 2006 | American Free Press An investigation by a government oversight agency recently revealed that in 2005 U.S. immigration authorities either "lost" or could not account for an estimated 111,000 files on immigrants to the United States, resulting in tens of thousands gaining citizenship without any indication as to whether authorities had checked to see if any of them had a criminal history. The shocking loss was discovered in a study by the Government Accounting Office (GAO) sought by Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa). As many as 30,000 immigrants ...

LITTLE ROCK - Gov. Mike Huckabee said Wednesday the nation is being given a chance to make up for past racism by the way it handles the influx of Hispanics. Huckabee, a Republican who is considering a run for president in 2008, said Arkansas has made progress on racial justice and has a fresh opportunity to do the right thing in the way it welcomes the growing Hispanic population. "One of the great challenges facing us is that we do not commit the same mistakes with our growing Hispanic population that we did with African Americans 150 years ago and beyond. We're still paying the price for the pathetic manner in which this country handled that," Huckabee said at a meeting ...

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - One in seven Mexican workers have left their country and are working in the United States, an immigration study said on Tuesday. There were more than 7 million workers from Mexico in the U.S. labor force this year, 2 million more than six years ago, said the report's author, Jeanne Batalova of the Migration Policy Institute, a Washington think tank. Batalova said the increase in numbers had to do with economic reasons, with more immigrants looking for a better life in the United States, but also with the increased enforcement at the U.S.-Mexican border. "It became more dangerous to cross the border, and that caused a 'lock in' effect," ...

As you read this, please keep in mind the post, JFK versus World Zionism, because that is what this is all about. Not about more laws, or security; it is about not allowing the people of this nation to live under law, and encouraging illegal actions. There are more than enough laws on the books to stop what is going on, but rather than that, THEY encourage the welfare cheats and the gangs; this is DELIBERATE. On the part of those who control the government. These are statisics from the L.A. Times... Open Your Eyes America If this doesn't open our eyes...what will? This is not just a California problem!!! Congress open to passing bill on immigration

Congress will approve an immigration bill that will grant citizenship rights to most of the 12 million to 20 million illegal aliens in the U.S. after Democrats take control next month, predict both sides on Capitol Hill. While Republicans have been largely splintered on the issue of immigration reform, Democrats have been fairly unified behind the principle that the illegals currently in the country should get citizenship rights without having to first leave the country. "Years of dawdling have worsened our border security and made it harder to fix this broken system," said Sen. Patrick J. Leahy, the Vermont Democrat who will lead the Judiciary Committee next year. "We should ...

Nationalism: * Devotion to the interests or culture of one's nation. * The belief that nations will benefit from acting independently rather than collectively, emphasizing national rather than international goals The United States of America is rapidly becoming a faceless, cultureless place with no soul or sense of self. Our culture is being watered down by a new generation of immigrants, both legal and illegal, who refuse to assimilate into our society - and they're aided and abetted by elements within our own borders. Our sovereignty is for sale to the highest bidder, and our future has been mortgaged to foreign nations. Our troubles are rooted in a variety of sources. ...

Depleted Uranium Situation WorsensBy Doug Rokke The delivery of at least one hundred GBU-28 "bunker buster" bombs containing depleted-uranium warheads by the United States to Israel for use against targets in Lebanon will result in additional radioactive and chemical toxic contamination, with consequent adverse health and environmental effects throughout the Middle East. Israeli tank gunners are also using depleted-uranium tank rounds, as photographs verify. Today, US, British, and now Israeli military personnel are using illegal uranium munitions—America and the United Kingdom's own "dirty bombs"—while US Army, US Department of Energy, US Department of ...

(CBS/AP) NEW YORK When a food safety inspector walked into a market in Queens, he noticed the store had an interesting special posted on its front window: 12 beefy armadillos. In Brooklyn, inspectors found 15 pounds of iguana meat at a West Indian market and 200 pounds of cow lungs for sale at another market. At a West African grocery in Manhattan, the store was selling smoked rodent meat from a refrigerated display case. An inspector quickly seized a couple pounds of it. All of it was headed for the dinner table. All of it was also illegal. Authorities said the discoveries are part of a larger trend in which markets across New York are buying meat and other foods from unregulated ...
